“This property was very clean, well maintained and had extras in the kitchen, bathroom and living areas. I especially appreciated the bright lamp in the living room as I like to read to unwind in the evening before going to sleep. ”

“Rented this unit and another on the beach side for an extended family gathering. This unit was cozy and well-stocked with beach chairs, etc. (The other unit had space but little else.) Commendations to the owners and to the management team, who was very responsive.”

“Great stay. Short walk to the beach, with a view of the gulf from the entry walk way. It had everything we needed. Appreciated the full fridge, microwave, and oven. Lots of restaurants 2 miles in either direction. ”

“I stayed at the loft for UofTampa move in. It was perfect for me and my daughter. Very comfortable, quiet, and extremely clean. Less than 10 min drive to campus which was perfect. 3 mins to one of our favs, Armature Works and 15 mins to all the stores we needed. Lisa, the host was so responsive. I couldn’t beliwve how quickly she responded when I had a couple of questions.Easy parking in building lot. ”
