“Two separate electrical faults. One caused a flame to shoot out the wall melting the wires in the kitchen socket, the other melted the wires in the immersion heater meaning no hot water for several days. A door fell off in the kitchen, and the upstairs landing storage heater wires had been cut and disconnected so it was freezing upstairs at night. I was told by the electrician that came out several times that the owner of the property liked to ‘tinker’ with the electrics hence the botched up...

Supplied everything you could possibly need and everything was straightforward easy to use. Shower was lovely hot and powerful after a day of walking round the lakes in the cold and wet great to come back to a warm cosy apartment and relax on the super comfy settee.
