When we got to the house it was about 1030pm - the door with the key pad to get into the house, the screen door was locked…..I sent a message to let the host know that we were there but unable to get in. “We loved our stay at this Springhill. We were greeted very kindly by the woman at the front desk. Our room was super cozy and spacious. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was big with a nice walk-in shower. The only thing that was not great was the shower pressure. Overall, we were very pleased and will stay at this hotel again.”

“Overall, we had a good stay. The home looked exactly like the photos and comfortably accommodated our group during a difficult time with family. The space was clean and met our needs. My only concerns were that the glass panel/door in the shower was missing, which made the bathroom less functional than expected.
