“Had a fantastic 2 weeks at Klaus's villa. Great communication before we left and checked everything was ok whilst we were in villa . The location is great in a quiet spot in a very nice estate. My kids (in early 20s) wanted to go to Disney and with it so close they took an Uber and was reasonable . My wife and I pottered about visiting local sites of interest. Louisa state park just 5 miles up the road and it was very good. So many nice spots like that . Supermarket less than a mile away and...

“Easy reservation from start to finish. Great communication with all involved. Villa was very clean and a generous supply of starter items needed to feel as if you were home, saved a trip to the store. The pool and spa were great, perfect temperature and we were able to watch the Disney fireworks from the spa. Beds were very comfortable and the two Disney rooms were decorated so nicely. If you have a two families traveling togother, this would be a perfect spot to stay, plenty of room.”

“We had a superb stay in this lovely house. The living space was perfect for us as a family of 4 adults. The pool was great for cooling off whilst watching the wildlife at the lake. The house was clean and nicely presented. Set in a nice quiet location only a short drive to shops, restaurants and the parks. I would definitely recommend the property. The hosts were easy to get in touch with and were very helpful.”

“Mas o menos se veia bien mi estancia fue de 7 dias la alberca no tenia luz para usarla en la noche decia que tenia asador y no tenia no cerraba la puerta de atras el candado no sirve dejas tus cosas inseguras ,y no tenia alarma habia ormigas en las camas la cocina,la area de juego parece bodega en 1 recamara tenia abanico pero luz no en otra ni luz ni abanico solo lamparas ”

“We enjoyed our stay in clermont. The house was inviting from the moment we walked in. The heated pool and hot tub was a hit for everyone. We spent lots of time outside just enjoying the quiet and watching the birds and sounds. There is a Publix right down the street if you need to pick up groceries. If I find myself in this area again I certainly will try and book this house.”

“This home is comfortable, cool and clean. It has all that you need. The pool was wonderful. The neighborhood feels safe. Disney parks are about a 25 minute drive due to traffic (about 12-14 miles), so not bad at all. Plenty of stores, restaurants nearby and Wawa on the corner. Hosts are kind and great with communication and all codes sent to us worked immediately. We enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Thank you.”

“We stayed as a family of 5 adults and one 5 year old for a trip to Disney. The place was amazing and the pool was perfect for us. Even though the thermostat can only be at 75 degrees we were comfortable and that was my only reservation going into the trip. Perfect distance from Disney about 30 mins out which I find gives a little decompress time on the way home. I hope to stay here again some day”

“This villa was absolutely perfect for my wife and I and would be ideal for a small family or up to 6 people. It is conveniently located in a gated community. We had no dramas getting in and out of the estate after correctly working out how to use the gate key to enter. The villa itself was really clean, well laid out and everything worked as it should including the pool and various appliances.
