The house was just as described, clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was an easy drive to the National Park and all the museums and restaurants we wanted to visit. Neighborhood was quiet. We had a couple of questions and minor issues during our stay and Richard responded immediately to my texts. I would recommend this property.

We spent 3 nights during a family trip. Home was as described in listing, bedding and furniture was nice and comfortable. Richard was great with quick responses to any questions I had. I will say the neighbors are quite loud, which isn’t the owners fault but was noted by several other people.

Gathering of family from AR FL & MO

Clean, neat and ample for my wife and I, and our two grown children and their spouses who came to Cleveland for two family reunions.Our VRBO host was communicative and responsive. The place had everything we needed. It was a nice home away from our homes.We still have family in C-Land, and will probably be back to stay at this home.

Pere place to catch up with old friends

I came to Cleveland with a couple of old friends to check out the Rock ‘n’ Roll Hall of Fame and some of the other sites. The property was a great home base to catch up and relax. We had a wonderful stay.

Anniversary

It was great the house set up nice and clean enough supplies and location was perfect. The owner was so commutative with all our needs. We are vert appreciative for the stay we felt comfortable and at home.

Football Season Opener

What a great property! It was close to the venues we wanted to enjoy ( close to downtown), and it was nice to relax, sit outside, and enjoy a home-cooked meal when we were done with our daily sightseeing. It was cozy and furnished so nicely. It was nice that the thermostat was a Nest, which allowed us to control the temperature due to the weather change, and the smart fridge was an excellent addition!

A nice stay

The property was great. The communication with the owner was awesome ! We personally could not go (stupid Covid), but our friends reported a great time perfect place and easy check in and out.

Home Away From Home

We were in Cleveland as vendors at the National Sports Collectors Convention in July and were lucky enough to have found this house for our stay. It had all the comforts of home and was beautiful! After an exhausting day at the IX Center, it was a welcome place to come home to. Richard, the host was very responsive and I highly recommend!

Great experience

Good communication from host before, during, and after our stay. Sparkling clean home, well appointed kitchen with various small appliances including electric tea kettle, comfortable beds, plenty of bath towels, ample driveway parking, washer & dryer, located a few blocks from I-90 to drive downtown.

Fantastic stay!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. The entire house appears to be recently updated and the coffee and snacks were a welcome addition. Beds were very comfortable and air worked well. Conveniently located to all things Cleveland. Richard quickly communicated back with any questions I had. We will definitely stay here again if we are in town!

Clean and convenient accommodations

We had a great stay at Richard's place with 2 of our grandkids.

We visited all of our friends in Cleveland plus the CMA, Great Lakes Brewery, Case Western Reserve University and 25Street Market. We had a great time!

Just What We Needed

I brought my family to Cleveland to visit my brother for Thanksgiving. We were so comfortable in this house. It was clean, nicely decorated and had all the essentials we needed for our stay - all in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our time there. All of us agreed that we'd stay again on our next visit.

Very Inviting

This house made us feel very much at home. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was kept nice and clean throughout the house. There was great communication with the host on arriving as well as leaving. He was very accommodating to our needs and we would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay.
