Very clean & one of the best prices in the area! There is a club in the Holiday Inn connected to the Candlewood Suites. Would be nicer though if there was a continental breakfast.

The hotel was okay. The room was clean and it wasn't too noisy. My only complaint is with the parking. You have to park on one side of the building and then go all the way to the other side of the building to get to the only elevator. But the price was good and there were several restaurants close by.

The 1-bedroom suites are the size of a condo. It was quiet, had free washer and dryer available, a stove top. The area has many good restaurants. Attached to the Holiday Inn. So, you get use of their nice workout room and pool. This is excellent for long stays.

Double the Price

Excellent stay. We had a very enjoyable time and only spent 10 hours at the place, but somehow the security deposit was never credited to my credit card, doubling the cost of my stay. I don’t understand how I was billed for this.

Rude employees with no customer service skills. The room was unclean, the smell was horrible, the noise level from a group of kids playing drums on buckets outside until the late night was unacceptable (the hotel staff didn’t care and did nothing about it), the area has changed to an unsafe feeling, the parking was far from the entrance, the pool area had rust and mold on the ceiling and walls and doors, and the fridge had a horrible fish smell that the staff said was from the cleaning agent they use. Don’t stay here. Find another place. We will never stay here again.

We booked a studio king suite and were given a basic 2 queen room claiming there was nothing left. Friends of ours showed up after we did and they were given a king. They also did not want to honor or 4 night booking thru Expedia for $669 They tried to charge us $919 claiming fees and taxes. After showing them my receipt on Expedia they said that was not true because it was not honored because it was not prepaid. They eventually did go with our Expedia booking, charging us $150 for incidentals.

The condition is fine, I believe that the place is understaff, some customers service skills are not met, bags garbage in the hallway made me literally sick, they should have had an outsede larger garbage can near their laundry room. I never got my room refreshed with my request even if I stayed a week, the rooms are tiny conpared for other suites I've being ,i would said it would needs improvement, specially in Managemet, i would not recommend this place for mor that a day or two
