Jonathan was amazing to deal with. Truly an awesome person. And the rental was equally as amazing! Just a short walk from Cleveland Clinic, it allowed our whole family a place to call home while our family member was in the hospital. The amenities are all perfect and the apartment was spotless when we arrived. We appreciate everything that Jonathan has done for us while we stayed here. With a quick text message, he extended our stay when we needed. Inwill absolutely recommend this rental to anyone visiting the Cleveland Clinic. Thanks, Jonathan, for the wonderful experience.

This was the perfect place we needed while a family member was in ICU. A short walk to the hospital and local restaurants made the stay comfortable. The space was clean and we would recommend staying here again!

Parking was a bit of a process, but it always is in Cleveland in my experience and the host was 100% transparent on parking arrangements. We parked across the street in the garage. Stay was exactly what we needed for daughters recovery from surgery. Kitchen, laundry, comfortable beds, space. Keyless entry via phone app worked without issue. No elevator, but again, host was transparent about this so we knew going in. No complaints.

Excellent for Cleveland Clinic

Very good for extended stays for Cleveland Clinic. Very good property, very good access, clean, all appliances are up to date. Street parking is good, just don’t leave your spot before a change in shift at the hospital. I would stay there again.

Hidden Gem!

My husband had heart surgery recently at Cleveland Clinic and thought our only option was to stay in a hotel. My daughter searched and discovered this VRBO. IT WAS A LIFE CHANGER! I could walk to the clinic in 5 minutes, park (free) on the street in front of the building, very secure, clean with everything we needed. Meilin (hostess) responded immediately to any questions I had. I would strongly recommend this VRBO and urge people having medical care at the hospital to stay here. Already recommended to friends who have booked one of the 2 bedroom units in January.

Excellent choice for Clinic caregiver lodging

Location and bedroom setup was key for us and this property met and exceeded our expectations. Cost for reasonable for what you get. Any communication with Meilin was prompt and helpful. Definitely recommend for those who are caregivers of those who have a surgery with several day recovery planned.

Home away from home

This property was the perfect location for my heart surgery at the Cleveland clinic. Meilin was very helpful, the property was very clean and close to all of my appointments during our two weeks stay.

Location is great for visitors to Cleveland Clinic

Clean, well furnished and owner is extremely responsive to questions. Owner stocked extra dish and laundry pods, garbage and dishes. Is within walking distance to Cleveland Clinic. Only issues are it can be noisy, due to constant ambulance sirens and echoes from other apartments, and there are no elevators, only stairs. However, it's a great value for anyone visiting Cleveland Climic.

Hidden gem and true super host

I've been coming to Cleveland for medical care for my family for over 10 years. I'm always looking for the best value, and have found many. However, for a stay at Cleveland Clinic, all the other best values simply don't compare. This location is superb. You are only a 5-minute walk from the main entrance to Cleveland Clinic. Because you can walk through the parking structure, you simply have to walk across the street and you're protected from the weather. Units are recently redone and have all the conveniences you could require. Meilin is perhaps the most accommodating host I've encountered for short-term rentals. I've stayed in short-term rentals from Asia and throughout the United States for over a decade. I own several short-term rentals and insist upon a five-star host to manage them. I'd hire Meilin in a minute. On top of it all the pricing simply can't be beat. This property and this host fully deserve a five-star rating for their intended purpose.

Our stay at the Cleveland Suites

We were at Cleveland Clinic for medical treatment. Chose to stay here due to the location. The location was extremely convenient and within walking distance to all facilities. The apartment had been updated and very clean. We would stay at this apartment again. No issues or concerns.

Conveniently located, would stay again

I chose this property as my family's base of operations for a week at the Cleveland Clinic. It did not disappoint! Conveniently located to the Clinic, it is also minutes away from Case Western, Little Italy, great dining option, parks for strolling, and attractions like museums and the botanical garden. The apartment is a nice size, the photos in the listing gave a fair assessment of the space. It's a beautiful old building that has been completely renovated, so the charm of high ceilings and a wide staircase with modern fixtures like a walk in shower. It was so nice having a living space with a small kitchen and fridge. This property is all walk up units with at least some stairs. Host was responsive and helpful. I would certainly stay here again!

This is my second time staying here as I have had to come into town to visit the Cleveland clinic. It is very well situated to the clinic. Also to the bus. It is very clean, new, and efficient. The landlord is very responsive.

Location is very conveniently located if you have someone at Cleveland Clinic. Apartment is newly decorated, has a large kitchen and living area. Nice table, TV. Comfortable. Minimal kitchen utensils, etc. supplied. No toaster.
