I liked the location, comfort of the bed and pillows and the gracious staff. I wish there were tea bags in the room as I am a tea drinker not a coffee drinker.

Great property and place to stay in Cleveland. Overall, fairly clean. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Quiet. Shower door didn’t close all the way. Breakfast buffet was fair, some items better than others. Overall would stay again! Convenient to coffee, restaurants and shopping downtown.

The issue with restaraunt and bars being independent is a bit of an issue. Was not permitted to take food, glassware etc. from bar or restaraunt to room. Nightcaps placed into a plastic cup while retiring to room not a great end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great stay
Comfortable stay. Room was excellent. The only issue we had was one of the bed frames was broken. But it slept fine. 10/10 would recommend.

We checked into our room and it had not been inspected for check in. Safe was locked, dirty towels and bathrobe on the floor, missing tv remote and hairdryer. When I brought this up to the front desk, all they said was, “lm sorry.” They did not seem real concerned about the situation. Unfortunately this is the best hotel in town and the staff knows it. Very, very below Marriott standards!

Loved location in downtown shopping/dining district. There was road construction around parking area which caused some congestion, but the grounds of the hotel and the rooms were excellently maintained.

The room size, decor, restaurant, and parking are all great at the Cotton House. It’s a bit pricey but much nicer than any other hurricane in Cleveland.

Charming historic hotel right in the middle of downtown Cleveland. Had a rushed one-night stay but would stay here again and take more advantage of the facility on a future visit.
