Welcome to our comfortable Woodmere cottage, conveniently located near Pinecrest, Beachwood, area hospitals, shopping, dining, and major highways. Originally built in 1941 and updated over the years, this home offers a practical and inviting space for families, business travelers, relocation guests, insurance housing, and extended stays.

There are just 4 steps to enter the home. Once inside, the main level includes 2 of the 3 bedrooms, the full bathroom, kitchen, living room, and dining area, making it a convenient option for guests who prefer to minimize stairs. The third bedroom is located in a bright sunroom that provides additional flexibility for sleeping, relaxing, or working remotely.

The home sleeps up to 7 guests with a king bed, two queen beds, and a pull-out twin bed. Guests will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living area, Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a private yard.

While the home is not a luxury property, it offers the space, convenience, and amenities needed for a comfortable stay in one of Cleveland`s most desirable east-side communities. Whether you`re visiting family, working in the area, recovering from a medical procedure, or in need of temporary housing, this home provides a comfortable and affordable alternative to a hotel.


**Guest Access**

Guests will have private access to the entire main house, including all interior living spaces, bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and designated parking areas.

Please note that there is a separate smaller residence on the property that was converted from a former garage. This side house is occupied separately and shares the driveway and backyard area. While outdoor spaces may be used by both residences, each home has its own private entrance and interior living areas. We ask all guests and residents to be respectful of one another`s privacy during their stay.


**Interaction with Guests**

We respect our guests` privacy while remaining available if needed. Most stays are self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience. We are available by phone, text, or through the booking platform to assist with questions, recommendations, or any issues that may arise during your stay.

Our team provides support throughout your reservation and can help coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, or local recommendations when needed. We strive to respond promptly and make your stay as comfortable as possible while giving you the space to enjoy the home on your own.


**Other Things to Note**

We welcome both short and extended stays, with priority often given to longer-term reservations, relocation guests, corporate travelers, insurance housing, and medical stays.

The home is stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, and basic cleaning supplies to help you settle in comfortably. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed for longer stays.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Please include details about your pet when booking so we can ensure the home is a good fit.

This is a residential neighborhood, so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbors and observe quiet hours. No parties or events are permitted.

The property includes a separate smaller residence that shares the driveway and backyard. Please be courteous of other residents and their privacy when using shared outdoor areas.

**House Rules & Additional Guidelines**

• No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.

• Only registered guests may stay overnight unless approved in advance.

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

• Pets are welcome with prior approval and payment of the applicable pet fee. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and any damage caused.

• Please remove shoes if they are excessively muddy, wet, or snow-covered.

• Do not move furniture between rooms without prior approval.

• Report any maintenance concerns, damage, or safety issues promptly so they can be addressed.

• Guests are responsible for securing all doors and windows when leaving the property.

• Please be respectful of neighbors and the occupants of the separate residence on the property.

• Do not tamper with utility equipment, internet equipment, thermostats, or security devices.

• Excessive cleaning, stains, pet damage, smoke remediation, or removal of trash left behind may result in additional charges.

• Standard residential use only.

• A starter supply of household essentials is provided. Long-term guests are responsible for replenishing consumable items as needed.

• Check-out time must be observed unless a late check-out has been approved in advance.

• Guests are responsible for any fines, citations, or fees resulting from violations of local laws, parking regulations, or community rules during their stay.

• Treat the home as if it were your own and leave it in substantially the same or better condition in which you found it.
