Absolutely the best place we have ever stayed in!! Everything was amazing! The place was so nice and clean and decorated beautifully. The yard was amazing, the gate and security system was an amazing extra that we have never had! Communication with the host was top notch! The people in the community were also so nice and helpful with any questions we had! We had never been to Cleveland and will absolutely be coming back to stay at this place specifically!! If this one is available to rent don’t hesitate!! Plus it’s got a garage AND hot tub! Absolutely the best VRBO we have ever rented!!

Great experience with a group of 7 adults. Plenty of space to gather together or split off and enjoy time alone. Place was clean and easy to navigate to. So close to everything we wanted to do in Cleveland! If you’re a group that likes to cook often I just recommend bringing foil and/or plastic wrap and your favorite spices. Like many places, this one has some kitchen basics, which is to be expected. Overall great trip!

Very Good Experience Overall

I only write reviews if I have a very good experience, or a very poor experience, and nothing in between. This was by far the best rental property we have ever booked. Very new, very well furnished, very well kept, very well stocked, very clean. And I am very particular, especially regarding cleanliness. The neighborhood is not ideal, but the location is great. We were able to get everywhere in less than 15 minutes (maybe not so great if you have kids and use the car as a napping ground during travel). The neighborhood personally didn’t bother me because I am native to Cleveland. But I also wouldn’t allow my kiddies to play outside either. Overall, I definitely recommend and will rebook for a future stay in Cleveland.

Cleveland Getaway

Came across this place via search for a quick weekend getaway and meet up with my companion in Cleveland. Outside of the location of this place (I felt it was located more in the hood and I felt kind of unsafe looking around at the neighborhood), this place was very nice and very relaxing to stay at. It is close to downtown Cleveland. Plenty of good living space, rooms and bathrooms. Good security system in place. My companion and I loved being in the hot tub. Only issues that I felt needed to be addressed was the driveway and walkway not being plowed/shoveled and de-iced. Also, one must be fully conscientious of their 500 noise fee that the owners can threaten to charge when youre outside and being too loud after hours. It was kind of hard to hear our speaker when the jets of the hot tub are going and so we had to turn up the music just enough to hear it but apparently that had set off their decimal meter. We had turned the music back down when we got a text message. I understand reasons for the fee but 500 extra is just wayy too outrageous IMO.. this place is great if youre looking for relaxation and coziness but if youre looking for something more fun with a group and you want to be outside having fun passed 10 pm, this place probably isnt for you and thats okay. It served a great place for us to relax and enjoy each other’s time and company

Cleveland Stay

The property was very clean and spacious. It was a great choice with the numerous bedrooms and bathrooms! The host responded quick if I had any questions and messaged me throughout the stay just to check in and see if there was anything we made need! It was also very close (walkable) to coffee shops and restaurants which was nice!!! We definitely would book again in the future.

Great experience for our family

Our family of 6 adults stayed at the property over the Labor Day weekend to attend a family event in downtown Cleveland. We chose this property because it had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate us. This property did not disappoint. The place is new and clean and was immaculately maintained. It seems to have been recently renovated based on our observations. The family room on the first floor was big enough for all of us to sit around, and the bedrooms were all nicely sized and had comfortable beds. We used the hot tubs a few of the days we stayed there, and that was a nice bonus on a hot weekend. We would definitely stay here again. The location of the property is relatively close to downtown; it was a 5-7 minute drive to get to all of the downtown areas. The house is in a bit of mixed neighborhood, and this particular house is probably the nicest one on the block. There is a metro stop just down the street. We felt comfortable walking around. A few items of note. First, while there is ample street parking, the place has a garage that is just big enough to accommodate two cars. Because of the size of the driveway area, getting back to the street is a bit tight. Second, the master bedroom on the upper floor has a skylight, and at least during our stay, caused that room to be a bit warm. The owner helpfully supplied fans and we used those at night to get to sleep. I want to make clear that these were minor issues that did not change our overall experience.

A nice home for a stay in Cleveland

The home is very clean and well laid out. There is a power issue with the dishwasher but the owner was made aware of it and will have an electrician review it. We spoke with the owner to provide some outdoor seating. He provided a two seat bistro table and two chairs. Not nearly enough for a home that accommodates six. I would recommend under cabinet lighting in the kitchen. It’s dark and not very easy to prepare food. I would also recommend dimmer switches be installed in many of the key locations in the home. It is not very nice to eat in a dining room that is brightly lit. The garage has a stack of garbage in it from unpacking. This is not five star. The lawn maintenance is no where near the level it should be. The gardens are overgrown and full of weeds. The bathrooms are clean and well stocked with soap and shampoo. Overall, a little extra effort would make this a terrific rental.

Family Trip

The house was beautiful and very comfortable for our family. It isn't in a neighborhood that I would feel comfortable walking anywhere, but the house felt very safe and it was a quick drive to everywhere we wanted to go.

Extended weekend get away

We had such an overall great experience here! Our host, Dan, was fantastic at responding promptly with questions before our trip, and was helpful with everything. The house was immaculate, and they thought of everything. We were in town for a family party, then extended our stay to see the city. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Cleveland. The hot tub was great to come back to each night! Thank you Dan, and team, for such a wonderful stay! I definitely recommend this property!

Awesome, spacious, contemporary, and perfect for a family graduation gathering

Easy to access from airport, minutes from downtown, and an RTA transit stop 3 houses away. Home itself super-clean, neutral and calming colors, and well-appointed amenities including equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, HOT TUB (& of course coffee maker/Kuerig for morning people). Met the needs of our eclectic family perfectly (me & hubby, grad student & girlfriend, adult son & 13yo, and my bachelor 25yo). Host was kind, courteous, and responsive. Hands down would stay again!
