“Precioso hotel, solitario, aunque cerca de sitios por visitar y de las carreteras principales. Si quieres dejar el coche ahí, tienes que cenar en el hotel, porque no hay nada más en las inmediaciones como para ir caminando. ”

“Great stay”

“This is a mixed review. From the pictures given on expedia you are expecting a large hotel. It is not, it is a terraced house with multiple rooms in a run down area but having said that, the host was lovely, the property although needs work, is clean and tidy and very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the tea/coffee and biscuits were a very nice addition. It has a large smart TV which has a great reception. I was pleasantly surprised”

“El personal super calido y amable, en especial la chica que tienen en los desayunos, te hace sentir bienvenido y cuidado, solo que a mucho personal le hace falta su gafete con su nombre, lo cual es una pena y no se pueden identificar bien. “Very nice surprise with the location at the bottom of Roseberry Toppin , didn’t know about this until we arrived . The hotel is a treat to stay there. We were going to a friends house in Whitby and travelling from west of Scotland. Hence it was good to stop off , we visited Stokesley near bye and loved the English village life . We will stop here again and the cost was worth it.”

“The lady on reception last night was lovely. Showed us round the facilities and to my room. Bedroom was clean and tidy. Was going for an operation so want able to do breakfast but I’d definitely book again and bring my girls. The hotel was a lovely old manor style house with all its features.”

“We had an exceptional experience. Food both dinner and breakfast were excellent. Staff we were great.”

“This is a great place to stay. Views are great and it’s clean and affordable.”

“Ideally located on Yarm High Street. Clean and comfortable room and cottage. Helpful and friendly host.”
