Host was unhelpful with several issues in the home, most of them minor, but excessive ice on the front steps made them unusable and I was told "maintenance" would stop by to address it and never did.

My family and I stayed over labor day weekend and it was ok I would not stay there again. Pulling up the house is old which fine but the blinds from inside were hanging side ways with some broken and missing as it was like that in every room in the house with blinds. The interior design on photos is as it appears and they did a great job making an old house look modern and nice inside but upon arrival opening the door I immediately smelled mold which was coming from the basement, not rating the basement but it was mold infested and the smell lingered throughout the house. All vents were filled with chunks of dust, I had to cover one in the bedroom with the lower pull put bed due to the dust blowing towards my 4 year old on the lower pull out bed, behind doors in corner balls of dust and hair and under the beds were disgusting filled with dust balls and hair. Dryer was working on and off, blinds broken, bedroom lamps werent working, Stains on pillows in living room and red/orange bacteria growing on plastic curtain inside shower. So it was semi clean considering the bed comforters appeared clean, fridge, microwave and from standing at door it appeared somewhat clean until it wasn't. I hate to put this rating up but cleanliness is huge for me. Id recommend the owners to actually clean the house, get rid of mold amd smell coming from basement and buy some cheap blinds that arent half broken and missing and replace in every room it wont cost much.

This property is managed by a company that is trying to do the bare minimum and it shows. We were given half a roll of toilet paper, no towels for the hot tub, and dishwasher pods but no dish soap for a place with no dishwasher. The furniture and decorations are nice but there are also broken blinds on the windows and the landscaping around the hot tub looks like the before picture to the after picture posted online. Wouldn’t stay again.

Wonderful Neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay. The house was large enough to accompany my family with three children, two of which are big teenage boys. The host was incredibly responsive to any needs. We cannot say enough about the neighborhood and neighbors and neighborhood. We will definitely come again!

Quiet Neighborhood Home

We loved our four-night stay at this cute, cozy house in a quiet neighborhood! It was close to stores and restaurants and just a quick 25-minute drive to everything Cleveland, including the art museum, zoo, and Scene75. It truly felt like home while we were there, and we would absolutely stay again!

National park and Rock trip

Great area, quiet and easy to get to the highway for seeing sites. Kitchen very small with little in the way of cooking pans. Also no kitchen towels or dish soap available. Could use a few nice touches like hand soap, dish soap, more bath towels and towels for hot tub. The hot tub was great!!

The house has a bit of an odd layout, with one of the bedrooms having to be walked through to get to another. Many of the items in the unit are broken, such as the toilet paper holder and the knife set. And the cleanliness is lovely if you don’t look close enough ..

Was a great house for our short trip from home

This house was a great little house for our short family trip away to visit the rock and roll hall of fame and take in a Guardians game. Check-in and check out were both extremely easy. The beds were some of the most comfortable beds I've had in a rental before. The bathroom has been updated since the listing photos, which was a nice surprise. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had. The neighborhood is nice and quiet. The drive downtown is an easy 20-minute drive. There were plenty of food options around which made for easy meal choices.

Great hot tub

There were a few small hiccups but my issues were immediately responded to. Overall, its an old house that could use some updating. It's a quiet neighborhood with restaurants and shopping nearby. The hot tub was great!

Cute and Cozy

Our family had a great time, the place is cute and cozy. I loved how comfortable the bed was! And our family loved having the hot tub to unwind in at night. We also had a good time watching movies and sitting together at the round dining table. The washer and dryer were really nice and great to have! I was worried about only having one bathroom, but we figured things out with it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

Versatile, Cozy space

Very comfortable home with plenty of kitchen supplies to cook for family. The space afforded us time with family while we were in town for a funeral. The only challenge was lack of towels and a comforter missing for the trundle. The host was responsive to this for us. Parking is ample and the space is private in the neighborhood. The comfy beds made resting very easy.

Amazing stay

The property was everything that it said it was going to be, nice, clean home with a very nice hot tub in the back yard. It’s very convenient to all the city attractions which we were able to enjoy while we were there. The rock and roll hall of fame was amazing . I highly recommend this home , the communication between the host was amazing.

Excellent stay.

Rented this place for 4 nights to visit with family in the area. The owner was very helpful and had great communication with us. House suited our needs and was very clean and comfortable. The beds and pillows were also very comfortable. We were a party of 6 with 3 adults and 3 children and there was plenty of space. Never was able to use the hot tub but that was an added bonus. House is very well decorated with comfortable furniture. The bathroom could use an update but it was adequate. The Internet speed was great and the house had 2 nice sized, updated tvs. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Will definitely rent again when I come back to Ohio.

We had a very good time, bathroom needs remodeling

Overall we liked the property: good for us location, easy check in, good communication with the management, big dining table set, choice of dishes, TV, spacious. We didn't use the hot tub outside so can't speak about it. The property needs better cleaning though and some tune up. There was hair in multiple spots. One side of the refrigerator looked like someone threw up on it and didn't clean it. Maybe it was something splashed on it, but it still looked disturbing. The bathtub was the worst. It needs to be replaced together with the whole shower panel. The holes between the tub and the plastic panel are huge, the wood is wet all the time and just waiting for the mold to grow (if not already, but we were to afraid to look closer) - make sure to bring flip flops or sandals as we don't recommend getting into the tub barefoot. We also left one of our belongings on the property. The management/cleaning stuff found it and shipped to us. Huge thanks for that! Overall, we liked it - but it needs bathroom remodeling and more detailed cleaning.
