6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mount Yonah Castle. The view was spectacular from the main living area and the outside balcony. The house had everything you could possibly need or want plus more. Each bedroom had a king size bed and a private bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance, dish, utensils, pots and pans as well as wine glasses and plastic glasses for the hot tub. We were able to enjoy the hot tub one night with the cool weather and the stars above. We were unable to use the fire pit due to red flag warnings however the inside gas fireplace certainly made up for it. The home is centrally located near the Bavarian town of Helen and is near many of the areas waterfalls and wineries. We will definitely book again when in the area.

We had a very enjoyable time at Mount Yonah Castle! On our yearly Ladies' Cabin Trip, our plan is to get away from every day life & relax... and relax we did. The layout of the cabin is wonderful. We loved how every room had its own attached bathroom, with an extra half bath on the first floor. The king sized beds were comfortable. The home is equipped with everything you need. The view was beautiful. Even though we didn't use the amenities (hot tub, fire pit, grill, etc.), it was nice to have them available to us. Our host, David, was great! He was very responsive when we called him.The only downsides were the water issue & the cleanliness. We spoke to David about a few of the issues but not all of them. Overall, we give it a 4/5.

Beautiful home … amazing view, very clean. All beds were comfortable, black out shades and extra blankets in bedrooms. Not your typical “rental” you can tell owners visit frequently as it’s very well maintained. Everything we needed was there - well stocked kitchen. We will be back!

The house is beautiful! Coffee in the mornings looking at a breath-taking view. The only problem is the road to get to the house is awful, thank goodness we were not in a car. I guess from the storm Helen it is very rutted, I was a guess last year and it was not near this bad. Over all I would give it a 9 out of 10

Family Vacation

This property is beautiful and fit our needs perfectly. Each bedroom having its own bathroom is great and the 1/2 bath by the front door was also a great feature. The location is in clise proximity to many trails and close to town so going out to eat or going to the grocery store was easy. Our host David was also very attentive with out being intrusive.

Wonderful Fall Vacay!

BEAUTUFUL property and home! It was everything we needed it to be! Beautiful, comfortable, relaxing and spacious enough for 3 couples to have their own bedroom & bath, as well as a spacious family room with plenty of seating for watching tv. The kitchen was very well-equipped, and the fire pit and hot tub was close enough to feel connected even if not out there when others were using it. The views every morning, noon and night were priceless for us! Just absolutely gorgeous! Very close to get to Helen and other locations to explore! Excellent communication with host! Definitely plan to be a returning guest in the future!

Great spot

This house is in a convenient location to Helen Cleveland and all the local state parks! We enjoyed hiking, eating at so many great restaurants and relaxing at the home after our hikes. Communication with host was impeccable. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect home

Amazing view, spectacular beds, this place is NICE!

This view has a sunrise view that will blow you away. It was all around incredible. The beds were super comfy. The walls were sound proof. The kitchen amenities were above and beyond. The hot tub was perfect. You can’t beat this place! It’s worth the money and the hosts are great! We want to come back every year.
