“The room was clean. The bathroom a little inconvenient (especially the shower, which is hard to use without spraying everywhere). The staff are very pleasant. The breakfast is not great, especially if you choose the non full english breakfast options.”

“Garden Suite was lovely and beautiful bathroom (with TV screen set in the tiles!) Lovely quality breakfast. Allowed to leave dog in room, but not to take him into breakfast which was understandable. Our dog kicked off barking and we couldn't leave him. Massive thanks to Caroline in the dining room as she accomodated as seperately in a room overlooking the gardens so we could bring our dog with us into breakfast!”

“The rooms were good. Liked the dog bed and treats waiting for the pups. The cleanliness of the room was great, the furniture in the bar was a bit stained but as most of the people were dog lovers or hikers so we didn’t really see the problem as we are all covered in one thing or another!! The hotel website says that the kitchen is open until 9pm Monday to Saturday. We checked in at about 3.30pm on Friday, unpacked, took a stroll with the pups and headed to the bar.
