“The reception was polite and friendly - a warm welcome after an 8 hour drive was refreshing to say the least. He was detailed in his explanations, but not overly so. It was obvioust that he took great pride in doing his job well and also in the hotel. The room was CLEAN and comfortable, especially the bed and pillows. Great job!”

“Great experience at check-in and with the airport shuttle service provided by the hotel. Our flight arrived super late and we didn't arrive until after 4:00 a.m.
The only area of opportunity is for staff to check who has a late check-out time before calling the room! We had a late check-out approved for 12:30 p.m. and the front desk was called us and woke us up.”

I did need help figuring out the tv as it’s some fancy new smart tv but staff were super helpful. 10/10 would recommend and will be staying here again.”

“We were blown away how clean our room was! We were so happy with the room and found it comfortable and exactly what we needed! We were also very impressed with the breakfast! It was so much more than we expected! The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay here again!”
