Entertainment & Tech: No fighting over the remote! Televisions are located in the living room, the exercise/sitting room, and every single bedroom.

Each TV features its own dedicated remote on a nearby shelf. Every bedroom is also equipped with a lamp, alarm clock/soothing sound machine with white noise, and convenient USB and USB-C charging stations for your devices.

Laundry Room: A full-sized washer and dryer are available to keep your clothes fresh. Laundry baskets are provided in the laundry room as well as inside each bedroom.

Parking & Great Outdoors

Abundant Parking: Park easily on the East side of the house (to your left as you drive up) or utilize the large circle driveway.

Gravel Road Routes: Our home is located on a gravel country road. To navigate here seamlessly:From Clinton: Take W Highway South to 250 Road and head East (1.7 miles of gravel road).Via Highway 7: Go around Highway 7 to Coal and head West on 250 Road (only 0.7 miles of gravel road). From Warsaw take 7 Hwy to 250 Rd and head West (.7 miles of gravel road)

Inclement Weather: If severe weather rolls through the Truman Lake area, guests are welcome to park their vehicle safely under the carport.

Strict Property Rules & Guest Expectations

We take pride in maintaining a pristine, safe environment for our neighbors and future guests. By booking, you agree to the following strict house rules:

No Smoking or Vaping Indoors: Strictly prohibited inside the home. A designated outdoor smoking area is located strictly by the back door.

No Pets: Animals are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property.Outbuildings & Basement: The basement door must remain locked.

Outbuildings behind the house are strictly private and off-limits due to active hazards.

Driveway & Neighborly Courtesy: Never block the main driveway leading past the house. This is an active 24/7 right-of-way for the local farmer to access the surrounding fields.

Please do not trespass into the fields. The surrounding fields are not owned by the VRBO and tresspassers will be prosecuted.

No Hunting or Target Practice: Absolutely no weapons practice or hunting allowed on site.

No Fish or Game Cleaning: Under no circumstances are fish or game to be cleaned inside the house.

Waste Disposal: A large dumpster is located outside by the carport for your convenience. However, absolutely no fish remnants, game carcasses, hides, or guts may be left anywhere on the property or in the dumpster (which is emptied weekly) to prevent severe odor and pest issues.

Care for Property: Do not rearrange the furniture or kitchen organization.

Missing non-consumable property items will be charged to the guest.

Do not use house towels or linens for cleaning, wiping down surfaces, or washing vehicles.
