“La habitación muy limpia y gracias a la atención del personal nos pudimos hospedar ahí, ya que no había ningún registro con la reservación, al principio fue muy problemático porque no apareció la reserva en su sistema, pero gracias a la persona que nos atendió, ella nos solucionó el problema dándonos las habitaciones con la misma tarifa de la reserva.
Deberían poner mas atención ustedes en ese tipo de problemas e inconvenientes

“Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were truly dog friendly. The pool was clean and comfortable.
The breakfast buffet was just ok. They could have used better egg options and fresh fruit. The only fruit there was brown bananas. The breakfast staff however was very pleasant and attentive. ”

“hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. ”
