We loved the location and the home was beautifully decorated, very clean, all quality, and lacked nothing. Communications and ease of access were prefect. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend.

Short family vacay

Beautiful condo located close to town. Very well stocked with what you need to cook or stay a while. Wildlife all around the area as well as all around town. Beds very comfortable. We do recommend this property, we have rented this two times now.

Lovely property. Very well stocked in everything from kitchen to bathroom. Lovely decor throughout. Directions to the property were perfect. Location not far from everything in town. Very nice place to stay.

We had a great time at the Comfy Aspen Ridge home. The property is clean, well equipped, great location and communication was frequent and very clear. We wish we could have stayed longer and will look to staying here when coming back to Cloudcroft.

Stress free stay

The condo is in a quiet area with beautiful sunsets, deer, elk, and wild horses galloping on the golf course. The accommodations are very clean, easy to get to and perfect for a gathering of 6. Highly recommend staying here. Anne is very responsive and provides great recommendations for fun things to do in the area.

Beautiful, Cozy, Cloudcroft Oasis!

My family & I had the best stay at Anne’s Bear Park property for our Christmas getaway! Extremely clean & well-equipped but aaaaall kitchen gear, board games, streaming, indoor & outdoor fireplace, cozy rooms, extra amenities & toiletries… everything you need! Couple minutes away from the main town, The Lodge, & Ski Cloudrcoft. We had the best time. Thank you!!!

The kitchen was small, but incredibly well stocked, and she had appliances that are not very common, but were wonderful to use! She had also stocked several staples like spices, oils vinegars etc. The surroundings also were incredibly beautiful. It was a great time with family. Thank you!!

Quite a find!

Such a nice property in an amazing location! Our family enjoyed hiking, walking, and viewing the natural beauty outside and had a great home base to come back, cook and prep for the next day. Seeing elk and deer and listening to birdsong daily were treats as well as the cool temps and Tall pines and aspen—all delightful. We also were impressed by the well-stocked pantry and kitchen gadgets. The owner and manager were both very responsive to a need we had and we appreciated that as well. Thank you!

Bear Park Cloudcroft, NM

The condo is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. It is as pictured and well equipped for a family vacation. It is close to town, Ski Cloudcroft and hiking trails. The best, friendly restaurant, Big Daddy's Diner is around the corner. We enjoyed our stay! We even had a snow storm. You do need 4 wheel or all wheel drive to get to condo during snow. Ckoudcroft does snowplow the neighborhood and driveways once the snow stops.

Nice but not clean enough

The condo is very nice and good location but not cleaned well. Doritos in the kitchen floor, long black hairs in the bathroom floors, spider webs in the doorways and dusty in certain areas. Disappointed it was not cleaner because it is a super nice condo. If marginal clean doesn't bother you it is a nice place to stay.

A Wonderful Experience

We stayed at this home because my daughter got married and it was absolutely perfect. The southwestern themed decor added a warm, welcoming touch, and the home had plenty of space for all of us-me, my daughter and her husband, her best friend and her best friends baby. The kitchen was especially impressive. Not only was it fully stocked with all the cooking essentials like an air fryer and a blender, but is also had thoughtful extras like Ziplock bags, aluminum foil and something as simple as salt and pepper, which we really appreciated. The location was ideal, with stunning mountain views and just a short drive to Alamogordo. There's also a fantastic bakery (with really good gluten free options, if needed) and a coffee shop only 5 minutes away that we visited more than once! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a peaceful and well-equipped getaway in a beautiful setting.

Like staying at someone's home while they are away!

This property was beyond fabulous! Every little thing we needed was on property. So well stocked with extra's. More than any VRBO I have stayed at in the past. Only issue was we arrive at 11pm and we could not find the property. The townhouse numbers are not easy to see and they are not in sequence. We drove around for an hour trying to find our place. Finally called the leasing agent who came out at midnight to help us and saved the day. We will stay here again. We suggest better numbering and lights on the building numbers!

Great Place to Stay

We came to Cloudcroft over spring break and had a great time. The property was very nice! It was really nice having the electric grill on the patio to cook some burgers and hot dogs. Cloudcroft was a great place in itself but was also a great place to head to other spots like, Ruidoso to go tubing, seeing the world's biggest pistachio, petroglyphs and White Sands National Park. The condo also had a lot of brochures to look through to see what was around to do.
