The staff are so lovely and the rooms are always in impeccable condition with a wide variety of ammenities that I still keep being pleasantly surprised by. “This is a great place to stay- central location to surrounding areas, shopping and eateries in Petone. We used parking facility and felt this was a great option due to limited parking in area. We felt very safe in this facility. Staff are very polite and helpful.
Our room was very clean and noted some cracked tiles in bathroom which have been highlighted with management.
We will definitely stay there again”

“The unit was very dated and not well maintained.
Carpet appeared to be new.
Although the unit wasn't dirty, the cleaning wasn't up to scratch. Backs of doors were dirty, cobwebs around windows, hair in drawers and mold around windows.
One small heater for the whole unit.
There were no spare pillows or blankets available.
Good location with plenty of space in the unit though.”

“The room was quite cold and a little damp. Blinds were all down so no natural light. One heat pump in lounge so bedroom was cold. Only one blanket on bed with no extras in the cupboard. No Wifi for the kids. No remote for the TV (limited sky TV access - one channel). Cockroach on the wall had to be killed and disposed of. No frying pan when cooking breakfast and no scrubbing brush to clean dishes or dish rack to stack them. Pretty average to poor compared to other places.”

The only negative we experienced was that the people who stayed above us were very noisy, moving furniture around and just being loud (until we'll after 8pm and starting at 6am again).
