“Agradable pero el spa es no suficiente para ser un hotel que se caracteriza por ese servicio le falta amplitud y una buena sauna en realidad es pequeño, ya que no hay mucho hacer allí. ”

“Robert greeted us at the door and was friendly. The room we were shown to was perfect, bed was comfortable and amenities clean and tidy. The location of Kirkgate House was great, in the middle of the town with bars and restaurants within a couple minutes walk. Would recommend and if we visit Knaresborough again, definitely would stay.”

“The setting is beautiful and the staff amazing. We took our 2 Spaniels with us and stayed in a dog friendly suite. Room was huge and surprisingly warm considering it was a converted Castle. Breakfast in the morning was decent and you are within 25 mins of York. All in all a great trip and we will 100% stay here again. ”

“Very comfy big bed, shower and taps took ages to get hot, but eventually did. Lots of tea and coffee options in room together with a fridge with wine and snacks if required. Breakfast was excellent. Staff very friendly. Bit strange going in and out at back of the building, but happy to recommend as somewhere central to stay.”

All the necessities provided - kettle, sugar, tea bags, coffee sachets, good size of bath tub with body wash, hair dryer, steam iron and love the size of the telly. We went for the Red Letter days luxurious afternoon tea, we loved it! We will be back for sure. ”

“Escogí a este hotel por el diseño y la cercanía a York. Se tarde 30 minutos en tren desde Harrogate (1 hora en coche !). El hotel es una joya, elegante, muy limpio, con baños muy modernos y unos desayunos espectaculares. Esta muy cuidado y se muestra el buen gusto de los dueños. En cuanto a Harrogate, es menos conocido pero merece la pena la visita, especialmente por los parques, tiendas, los baños turcos y Betty's Tearoom, donde se puede disfrutar del mejor afternoon tea!”

“This is my favorite hotel in Harrogate. The location is fabulous, and the hotel’s deluxe rooms are spacious. I stayed for 16 nights this trip, and as always, the staff are professional, positive, and take care of any needs that arise. As a single woman, I also value the hotel having professional staff at their front desk 24 hours a day. I will continue to stay here every time I’m in town.”
