“Room was very nice and comfortable all amenities provides. However the hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere with views of nothing but trash filled lots. Not ideal for tourist but wedding and business guests. Restaurant food was good but service very slow sometimes taking up to an hour. Lots of construction was going on at the time too multiple power outages.”

“For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting ”

“Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things...

“Very nice experience, The hotel is absolutely beautiful, gorgeous gardens and good restaurant and big comfortable, clean rooms. The brass decorations and woodcrafted furniture make this place a heritage style venue. The gym is really good and the pool is clean and big. There is a good problem resolution from the managers, they really made an effort to make our experience pleasant, it is wonderful to see women as managers at reception, they are so nice and proactive, very professional, also...
