The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. ”

“Good location, walkable to Canterbury Cathedral. Good single room, comfortable bed. Hosts were very friendly and helped me up to my room by carrying my suitcase. Since I was on the top floor, this was much appreciated. Breakfast was plentiful starting with continental choices and then a full cooked meal with several choices on the menu. Very good value for the cost.”

“The Sun Inn is beautifully quirky. The bar and the garden were vibrant in the early evening and our room was lovely and quiet for the night. The staff were friendly and efficient. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return.”
