Perfect getaway hotel

Great location, next to the botanical gardens and a 2 minute walk to the centre. Mini bar with hot drinks, cookies and fruits were great, especially since you don't have these facilities in most other hotels. I had a cozy loft room that was very peaceful

Price not as advertised

Price was different than advertised. Was informed at checkout that the room was 67cad and price advertised was 56 cad on hotels.com everything is standard.

Location nice.Clean room and bed staff.Good bathroom condition and hot water condition. The parking is a proplem.Very poor breakfast.No need to add the breakfast to your stay.So I can stay again.

Bra läge med vissa nackdelar med rummet.

Bästa läget för att bo centralt för ett dessutom bra pris. Frukosten innebar självservering för ett dyrt pris (lokalt sett), men eftersom det var ett litet hotell så är det svårt att begära mer. Rummet var rent och snyggt, det jag vill påpeka är dåligt tryck i duschen och för höga kuddar (för min smak). Bra wi-fi mottagning på rummet. Parkering var en aning bökig. Man får en parkeringslapp i receptionen för att parkera på en restaurang ett stenkast därifrån vid namn Marty. Jag och min sambo fick cirkulera runt ett bra tag innan vi slutligen ställde oss vid ett sjukhus för att gå till receptionen och ta reda på var parkeringen fanns.

可愛いインテリア！

空港からタクシーで20分強。長距離バスのGARAまでタクシーで15分弱。ルーマニアはタクシー料金が安いので1000円以下だったと思います。センターまでは徒歩10分くらいで、このホテルの周りのおうちが素敵な雰囲気でした。ホテルのお部屋は素敵なインテリアでした。スタッフのカンジもよく、早朝のタクシー手配などスムーズでした♪

eccellente soggiorno!

il nostro soggiorno a Cluj è stato eccellente anche grazie a questo splendido Hotel! Posizionato in zona abbastanza centrale e comunque raggiungibile a piedi, Il Siago vanta uno staff gentile e professionale e le camere sono perfettamente insonorizzate, confortevoli, pulitissime e arredate con gusto. La colazione non l'abbiamo mai fatta anche perchè il buffet free 24 h. al piano era sempre colmo, comodissimo sopratutto per il primo caffè della giornata. Eccellente esperienza , ci ritorneremo!!

적당한 가격과 깨끗한 객실

그렇게 비싸지 않은 가격에 깨끗하고 넓응 객실을 제공합니다. 위치가 언덕 위에 있어 다소 아쉽지만, 올드타운 근처에 있어 아쉽진 않습니다. 커피와 물, 과일 등을 무료제공합니다.

It's fine, nothing special

I stayed there with my partner over the weekend. The hotel is clean, staff is helpful and room was ok. However the bed was not good; I am used to sleeping in all-natural cotton sheets, and the sheets or the duvet in the hotel were synthetic which made me sweat at night. I only have that problem if I sleep in low quality sheets. Good point: there's free coffee and biscuits in the corridor. There was also a large thermos with hot water but no teabags - what was the water for then? When booking I asked if I can stay in one of three specific rooms, if possible. They didn't even acknowledge my request and put us in another, uglier room - without even explaining whether the rooms I requested were taken or giving any other reason. I wasn't impressed about that.

Nagyon szép, kényelmes a szálloda. A személyzet nagyon kedves, segítőkész. Egész nap ki van téve a folyosóra kávé, üdítő, gyümölcs, keksz, amiből lehet fogyasztani. A szálloda elhelyezkedése is jó, közel van a központhoz. Ennek csak az a hátránya, hogy napközben az utca egy kicsit hangos az autóforgalom miatt. De éjszaka csend van.

Comfortable budget hotel that is well located near the centre of Cluj. Simple rooms, but clean room. Slightly dated bathroom. Excellent reception staff.

Great location for this comfortable hotel

If you are traveling to Cluj, this hotel would be a good choice. You can walk to the historic center in 10 minutes, the rooms are very clean, with a comfortable bed. Breakfast is plentiful (buffet). My only negative comments would be the parking lot, which is tiny (fits only 4 cars). On our second stay at Siago they would not let me park the car in it because they were supposedly doing some work there. I also found that service was OK, but could be improved. While there was a really nice and helpful lady at the front desk, at other times other employees were a bit lazy. They let me struggle and schlep my luggage by myself, which I thought was a bit rude.

Rather disappointing

Our twin room was in the basement so it was very stuffy. The air conditioning duct was broken. There was a dead bug in the shower when we arrived. The desk/table surface in the room needed cleaning. It was dirty and sticky. The room had a nasty smell. This place needs better quality control from the management.

Pleasant stay

This was an excelent hotel. I have not complaints. Everything was modern and cozy. It was even better than the pricier hotel on the square downtown. I wold equate it to a kimpton hotel for people who have stayed there.

I wouldn't recommend. It's not a hotel

Not what it says on the website. No restaurant in the building so breakfast not included. 4 parking spaces which are of course taken. Not sure if the pillow cases have been washed.
