The Nugget Point Lighthouse. Just look at it! It's absolutely stunning. Definitely worth taking a look at this classic Kiwi lighthouse if you're in or near the Catlins area. Just be careful if walking the track at midnight.
This was taken after a hike in pitch black at 4:30am to the lighthouse. I prepared the camera and waited patiently and without much sleep to gather the first rays of the sunrise. It truly was the best sunrise I have seen and well worth the lack of sleep. #Adventure
One of many walks within The Catlins in New Zealand's South Island, Purakaunui Falls is an easy 10 minute walk from the highway car park through pretty moss-covered rainforest.
