loved my overall stayed , i hosted my birthday party here , loved and for sure will be getting again, just a lil problem with things not being in where there suppose too butt overall perfect !

Property is clean, photos on listing are accurate. Amenities included from pots & pans to shampoo. My family and I enjoyed our stay, we will definitely be returning!

We had a very satisfactory holiday. This place was very clean and perfect for a family to relax. The professional manager was also very friendly and immediately helped with any needs. We will come back here again.

Mixed review - We stayed here for only one night as a stopover on our way to Phoenix. The house is in a safe residential neighborhood. It was really clean and nicely appointed, plus there were fun extras like the pool, cornhole, and billiards table. Everything looked new and there were plenty of supplies, and everything you need in the kitchen, plus a garage. Five stars for all of this! The communication was less than desirable. One of our boys left a battery pack and airpods in the bedroom. I contacted the owner and said we could stop by on our way back or pay postage to have these mailed back to us. He said he would talk to the cleaners and let me know. He did not get back to me, so I emailed him again and he did not respond at all. Also, we picked this property based on it having a hot tub. I messaged the owner before reserving, to confirm the hot tub included and heated and he said yes. When we arrived at the property in the evening, the hot tub was cold. Checked with the owner and he had to turn on the heat remotely. Of course then it was going to take a long time to get hot. Then the equipment related to pool & hot tub started creating some smoke and smell in the yard. To be a good tenant I let the owner know and he said he needed to turn everything off for safety reasons. This must have been a pre-existing problem. I messaged back asking if there was no way that we could use the hot tub - and no response.

This place was such a cute and comfortable place to stay. If you’re thinking of booking here, I recommend 100%! The host was very attentive and responsive when it came to questions and assistance. The pool was nice and big and everyone liked it and enjoyed being here. Many of my little sisters friends and I complimented this place from the second we stepped foot in there. The pool table helped many bond and it just added to the stay, which I think was a great addition to it. Everything felt like home and the beds were comfortable. Even the green interior of the cabinets added so much of a home feeling. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and overall place was definitely clean and had no issues there. I don’t think it could have been any better of an experience. This place is both perfect for relaxing and doing small celebrations!

Our stay was absolutely ruined by the property manager. The property manager provided us with an incorrect code for the front door and was unresponsive to both our calls, emails, and messages, as well as to VRBO customer support, who also attempted to contact him without success. Upon our arrival, we couldn't access the property and spent at least an hour in 86°F heat trying to get in, eventually giving up and renting another house at the last minute. This resulted in a financial loss due to the limited availability of houses that could accommodate a last-minute request. The property manager finally got back to us three hours after our initial call! Had we not secured another house, we would have had to wait three hours in 86°F to access this property. It was absolutely the worst experience for us.

Just as pictured and in a quiet family neighborhood. The host was amazing - gracious, responsive and helpful. Check-in was super easy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and the backyard with pool and hot tub was absolutely great. We were only 2 people in the house, but it would be great for a family or a group of friends. We were looking for a property near the Desert International Horsepark and this one was just perfect.

The place was clean and comfortable. I arrived early and contacted owner of it is okay to check in a little early and he responded very quickly and said no problem. I highly recommended.
