“Accommodations were excellent. Access to launch ramp was only 5 minutes away and was an outstanding facility. Fishing on the lake was fair, but to be fair, it was extremely hot each day with thunderstorms every afternoon! Weekend lake traffic is atrocious. None of the fishing had anything to do with the rental property, which was excellent. ”

“Shannon was an excellent host! She responded very quickly which wasn't often as anything you would need was in the house. We had our pet with us and we took her just down the road to Greensport Campground for walks. We enjoyed the screened in porch to eat meals or sit and read in the evenings. We would definitely stay here or at one of Shannon's other properties as she is such a host! greathost!host!host!wedefhere.”

“My family and I stayed @ this gorgeous property to attend my nephew’s wedding. We were able to have over some of our extended family we have not seen in forever and this property was perfect and had plenty of comfortable room. The home is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. We were able to use our boats for tubing:) The whole experience has been amaking and seamless and has exceeded our expectations! We will definitely stay here again next time we visit:) ”

“This was our first time staying in a tiny home and we LOVED it! It was rustic and modern, super clean and tidy, beautiful wood work throughout, over all great experience. It was the perfect size for 2 people. The wifi is iffy - which is explained in the listing - so this made it a little difficult to watch tv but that wasn't a huge deal to me. I would totally recommend this place to other couples and would consider staying here again!”

“My old son wanted to go to the lake for his birthday so we rented this place. It was awesome. Great view. Great dock. it had plenty of room for everyone. Two staircases but had plenty of baby gates on property to keep our three year old safe. I would definitely recommend this property.”

“The property is located right at the marina. This made it easy to pull out boat out every night and charge the batteries. The loft is not an option for older people because the stairs are too steep, but perfect for children or young adults who don’t mind crawling up the stairs. I found it kind of cozy and didn’t mind it at all. I have stayed in these tiny homes several times and have always loved it here. I hope to be coming back again soon ”

“Quiet. House supplied all that is needed a great stay. The pond is very calming. Host was easy to contact and had the info needed. “Our company placed a family (client) here while their home was being repaired due to an insurance claim. The family was very happy with the home, it's location, and the host. Being able to stay in this home help alleviate some of the stresses they were dealing with after their was damaged. Karen was an excellent host. She communicated quickly and clearly. This made the stay even better. We highly recommend Karen as a host and her beautiful home for your next get away.”
