Quick Anniversary Getaway
This was the perfect place for my husband and I for our 13th anniversary!! It was quaint, quiet, peaceful and cozy! Just what we needed! Our lab and rescue LOVED exploring the grounds and the lake!!! The host was so accommodating!!

Reel Awesome Cabin!
My husband and I along with our frenchie stayed 5 nights and experienced the most peaceful and relaxing vacation we expected. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. The views of the lake were so beautiful to wake up to each morning. Check in/out was easy. Kimberly (the host) made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend staying here and we hope to visit again in the future. Thank you again Kimberly for being an exceptional host!

Hiking-Fishing-Concerts-Relaxing
Great location, private, clean, & peaceful. We were close to The Caverns Venue we went 2 of the 3 nights we were at Real Simple Cabin. Hiked a ton, lots of cool waterfalls in the area. Great fire pit, used both grills, fished & even caught a couple fish. Definitely return and bring our kayaks!

Peaceful Birthday Getaway
I was planning a birthday getaway for my wife and I and came across this listing. The photos do not do it justice. This cabin was exactly what we were looking for. Peaceful, quiet, private and easy to find. To top off the other benefits, the cabin sits just off a beautifully peaceful lake. Would definitely recommend staying here and will likely be going back in the future with the kiddos! Thank you to the host for the hospitality.

Easy getaway!
Great little cabin and very private. My husband had so much fun flying his drone over the lake. Drive to Monteagle was easy for dinner. Checkin and checkout were both easy because Kim was thorough with details. Thank you for a great stay!

Weekend retreat
I could not have asked for a more relaxing and nicer place for a weekend get-away. The setting is beautiful, the host could not have been more accommodating, and the cabin was great. All exactly as shown.

Fantastice find and stay!
Property was so beautiful and peaceful. Definitely a 5/5. We stayed while we attended a show at the Caverns. Highly considering retuning in the future to enjoy the property and accomidations more.

The best getaway!
We came here for our 13th anniversary. We wanted somewhere quiet and secluded to get away from it all. This place was perfect! Me and the wife enjoyed our weekend together. The setting was great. Right next to a small lake. The little town didnt have much as far as stuff to do, but we weren't looking for much anyway. Cabin was very small. Wouldn't recommend for more than 2 people, tho. It was very clean and the owners even had it ready before the check-in time and messaged to let us know. Would definitely visit again.

Perfect getaway
We stayed 10/11 -10/13. We needed a short getaway and this one was perfect. Our fur babies enjoyed it as well. The owner was so nice and the cabin was very clean. Would definitely recommend! We loved everything about it!

Quaint Little Place
This peaceful little cabin is very easy to find and opens up into a beautiful world. My husband and I enjoyed the tranquility even though the weather was lousy. It was a much needed rest for our weary bones.

Great getaway cabin!
We had a great stay at this cabin. Beautiful lake view. The covered area with the picnic table and grill was perfect, as was the cabin. Clean, had everything we needed and the host always responded right away to messages. Highly recommend!

Perfect little spot to recharge
Had everything we needed and the owner had a few snacks upon our arrival . The pups loved the land and fresh air. It was a quiet, perfect spot to get away and just enjoy the scenery. Grocery was right down the street. Owner was very responsive when we needed a small pipe issue fixed. Would def recommend for 2-3 people and they are super dog friendly!

Wonderful
The property was exactly as advertised - beautiful outside and cozy inside. We spent most of our time on the front porch enjoying the perfect weather. It gave us the perfect atmosphere to reset from this rushing world and gave us a renewed perspective and gratitude for today. Do We Have To Leave?
Our stay at Reel Simple Cabin was absolutely delightful! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking lake view that greeted us. Waking up to the serene sight of the lake and witnessing the stunning sunrise and sunset views made each day truly magical. The cabin itself was well-prepared and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was evident that the hosts took great care in ensuring that all amenities were readily available, making our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. The thoughtfulness put into the cabin's setup was much appreciated, and we felt right at home during our entire stay. One of the best aspects of our experience at Reel Simple Cabin was the privacy it provided. It felt like our own secluded oasis, allowing us to unwind and truly connect with nature. Being away from the hustle and bustle of city life provided the perfect escape we needed to relax and recharge. Moreover, the fishing experience at the lake was outstanding! We caught plenty of fish, which added an exciting element to our trip. It was incredibly rewarding to spend time by the water, enjoying the peaceful surroundings while engaging in a favorite pastime. As our stay neared its end, we couldn't help but feel a sense of reluctance to leave. The tranquility and beauty of Reel Simple Cabin had us wishing for more time away from the daily grind in Kansas City. It truly was the ideal spot to celebrate our 5-year anniversary. Mrs. Kimberly was a great host!!

Serene and Quiet

Quiet Getaway and Jeep Adventure
This little cabin is a slice of heaven. Quiet little place on the backside of the host property. It is tucked away right on the side of a lake. We woke up and had coffee on the porch and sat and talked in the evenings with the great view of the lake. The host had everything we needed to make our stay a relaxing enjoyable visit. We came in to do some trails with our jeep at Prentice Cooper State land which was only 45 minutes from here. There is a separate entrance road on the property so you dont have to worry about bothering the host. There was a nice pavilion where we were able to grill and hang out even in the rain. Overall the communication with the host was top notch and she even brought us out a complimentary bottle of champaign for our New Years eve toast. Wonderful stay and would definatly come back in the summer to enjoy a day on the lake fishing or boating.
