“This is a delightful old farmhouse with two large modern bathrooms upstairs and half bath down. The house is full of nooks and crannies and 4 bedrooms. The staircase is steep and narrow but fine for our 70 year old party of 4. The back patio is lovely with a shade awning and plenty of seating for a larger party. “Amazing host instantly response, property as described with great taste, the only thing I would say is to mention it’s two or three Ish properties down from the state police and that Waze sometimes doesn’t ping it correctly. Besides that I highly recommend this property and working with the host as well. I took off a start for price & regret it because it was more then fair given the market & I should frankly raise my rates when I sublet- just getting used to the inflated market! A this host...
