  • Esta casa luminosa y abierta está a solo unos minutos de los mejores restaurantes y tiendas de Santa Teresa, pero se siente completamente apartada. Con impresionantes vistas al Pacífico y una piscina privada, te costará irte.

    Casa Nasalasa fue diseñada pensando en la familia y los amigos. Los huéspedes pueden cocinar en nuestra amplia cocina abierta mientras observan a los niños en la piscina y escuchan el sonido de las olas rompiendo en la playa abajo.

    Hay un gran comedor interior, así como un espacio exterior para comer, donde se pueden observar muchas especies de aves en los árboles y arbustos que rodean la propiedad. El salón está equipado con un televisor inteligente y un sofá . Hay un baño completo junto al salón.

    El dormitorio principal tiene una lujosa cama King size y un divertido loft, ideal para niños. El loft tiene un colchón Queen sobre el suelo. El dormitorio también tiene un baño en-suite.

    El segundo dormitorio también tiene una cama King size y una cama individual, además de una terraza privada con vistas a la jungla detrás de la casa, donde se pueden escuchar y ver monos aulladores. Este dormitorio también tiene su baño en-suite.

    Ambos dormitorios tienen escritorios adecuados para el trabajo remoto.

The house was ideal. The location allows a nice breeze in the afternoon that cools the patio and the house. The kitchen is nicely stocked so cooking is easy. The road up to the house is very steep and a 4x4 is absolutely essential, but the hill is worth if for the views. The house is also very centrally located, good for restaurants and beach access.

Great stay

We had a great stay. The view is awesome, the pool area is great and the house is perfectly located in Santa Teresa. Stefanie was really responsive.

It was even more beautiful than the online photos. Loved relaxing by the pool after a day by the beach. Stefanie was wonderful in showing us everything and helping us get last min surf lessons for the kids. Jairo was a great help assisting us when needed. We loved every minute and hope to return some day.

Great place for a getaway

Came to surf for 2 weeks. Beautiful place with unparalleled views. Close enough to walk to restaurants and beach, but far enough away from the Santa Theresa strip for some quiet and privacy. Highly recommend

Beautiful House with breath taking views

Great location with a beautiful view over the jungle and sea! Very secluded and private. Spacious, clean house with everything that is required for a nice stay. Property Manager Stefanie was proactively in touch for the check in and always available for any requests or questions. Thanks a lot for the wonderful stay!

Oasis on the hilltop

This property is fabulous. The construction and quality and layout of the home is wonderful. The view from uptop the mountain is exactly how it is shown. Stefanie the property manager was excellent providing information and lining up both our fishing excursion and our massause. Our masseuse was incredible. The trip up/down the mountain is interesting as are many of the roads in Santa Teresa and El carmen and you need a 4 wheel drive for sure. Once you get there it is well worth the drive.

Nice adventure

Nice adventure with a few hiccups. The online listing didn’t mention the ruggedness of the road getting to the property or the steepness of the driveway. I would recommend a 4 wheeler or buggy to get around. There were a couple of maintenance issues on the first night but the property manager was very responsive and quick to fix the issues. The property manager was easy to work with with many cool recommendations.The view and serenity is worth it if you are adventurous.

Such a gorgeous place to enjoy the town of Santa Teresa! The home is private, spotless and very comfortable for 6-adults/children. The pool and common areas are exactly what you want to enjoy your stay in CR. Just a great set up with all the amenities you need for cooking, relaxing and having privacy when you need it. The view is superb and the outdoor dining with the pool to relax in makes this a very special place. Shops, restaurants and miles of beachfront are all within walking distance. Renting an ATV is Ideal, fun and very convenient to travel the entire southern region. But the star of the show is the host, Stefanie! A very personal welcome to ensure a smooth and easy check in. Explaining all features of the home, area recommendations. Without a doubt, ensure you have a 4X4 vehicle for the short main access driveway. No 2X4 vehicle can make the drive up the 200-meter road! Stephanie helped resolve that issue and even gave us secure, private parking at the bottom of the hill while we rented an ATV for all our access during the visit. Stefanie was very sincere in ensuring our stay and any questions were answered without haste! She is a Rock Star supporting many properties and one of the best Host I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Simply a wonderful individual! Jairo's attentiveness to maintaining the grounds was super transparent. Always ensuring first that he did not interfere with any activities in while occupying the home! Don't miss out!
