“Unfortunately we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the house. There were candy, cookie and medicine wrappers left in the drawer of one bedroom dresser. The bathroom vent in the master bedroom was very dirty. We had 6 adults staying in the house and were only provided with 3 full size towels. There also weren’t any napkins or paper towels in the house. We looked forward to having dinner in the yard but when we arrived it was unusable and we had not been notified. “Beautiful water views were the highlight of this property. Perfectly comfortable and quaint. Thank you for sharing!”

“Very spacious and clean. Check in/out was easy. Walking proximity to Kinsale was appreciated!”

They loved the trampoline and the game shed with a ping-pong and foosball table. However, the house was not very clean. It had a musty smell, and the sheets and pillows in most of the rooms smelled musty too. One of the bedrooms had wet carpet and smelled so bad that no one could sleep in it. “This is a very spacious and beautifully decorated home with a wonderful view of the river. It is very close to the town of Kinsale. The home is updated and had all the amenities we needed. We would definitely come back here again.”

“Great place for large crowds ”

“Words can not describe the absolutely stunning estate. The house has so many unique qualities its hard to consolidate. Great area for the kids to run outside while the adults relax and the outside table. Bunk room is perfect for kids. Game area with ping pong. So roomy that our 10 people never felt on top of each other. Plenty of bathrooms and showers. The views are absolutely amazing. Kinsale is now my favorite irish town. Love love love this place”

“Great location, especially for a prolonged stay. Easily walkable to town center, restaurants and groceries. Also well situated to visit surrounding towns and sites. Great neighborhood feel.”
