  • El Mirador es un condominio penthouse de 2,120 pies cuadrados con 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos. Dos master suites con cama King y una habitación Queen con baño completo en el pasillo. Todo con amplias vistas al mar y balcones. La gran sala de techo elevado se abre a un balcón con una mesa de comedor para 6 personas, sofá, mesa de centro y barbacoa. El Mirador es la unidad más alta y única en el quinto piso de los condominios de Segovia ubicados en la comunidad cerrada de Coco Bay Estates.

    Disfrute de espectaculares vistas de la Bahía de Papagayo y el Océano Pacífico desde todas las habitaciones en este impresionante condominio. La sala de estar principal cuenta con un plano de planta abierto: la cocina, la sala de estar y el área de comedor fluyen juntas y se extienden hasta la terraza cubierta para disfrutar de las vistas al océano. El Mirador está decorado profesionalmente. Una hermosa mesa de comedor con capacidad para 8 personas con asientos adicionales ubicados en la barra de desayuno de granito. Los baños principales tienen vestidores, lavabos dobles y duchas con azulejos. Un baño principal también tiene un baño con jacuzzi. El baño completo frente a la habitación doble también tiene una ducha con azulejos.

    El Mirador se encuentra en Playas del Coco, a solo veinte minutos del aeropuerto internacional de Liberia (Daniel Oduber) - (LIR) y a solo minutos de restaurantes, atracciones y vida nocturna. This is a beautiful home, high in the mountains surrounding Playa Del Coco. This is a great choice for a large family vacation. Craig responded to our inquiries promptly, and Grethel, the property manager, keeps an eye on us every few days. The property is highly recommended and has a well-matched description.

Stellar view and host

Lovely view over Coco Bay as everyone says. Place is a dream and host took great care of us. We will dream of a return trip.

Absolutely gorgeous view, my family of 5 loved it! Also highly recommend La Leona Waterfall hike and fishing. We cooked many meals in and enjoyed the sunset most evenings. A rental car is a must.

Our second outstanding stay at el mirador. The penthouse is a wonderful retreat and stay. The beach club and new second pool was a greatlil oaisis. The new second pool could benefit from some shade as it is toasty. I think the structure is there for thay just not roofed or thatched yet.Check in was easy and smooth, gatedaccess provides piece of mind,easy walk DOWN to town and shoos. However as all reviews to get to the top she is a steep climb so be prepared, car required which for us is standard in CR

Coco Bay Estates Paradise

This property is just as it says - Craig was terrific and his local info, maps, recommendations, etc. were spot on. This can easily accomodate 6 adults for a lovely stay.

Very spacious, comfortable and well maintained condo. Spectacular day time and night time views of Coco Bay area. Great value for a 3 bedroom that all has balcony access!

We had a fabulous time at Craig’s condo. It was clean and as advertised. Craig was a very responsive host. The patio and bbq were a great place to spend time with family. Can’t wait to go back!

Lovely stay

We have a lovely visit. Craig was a super host, and very responsive to our questions. The condo was very comfortable, with a big balcony and wonderful views. We enjoyed the nearby facilities that were included for all guests staying in Coco Bay Estates - particularly tennis :-)

We were hypnotized by the view! Absolutely beautiful. Unit was comfortable, perfect for our needs and very well located. We felt like we were on top of the world at Playas del Coco. Host and his manager were very responsive.

Beautiful quiet location with stunning views

Stunning views over the ocean from the terrace. Nice beach club very comfortable access to gorgeous secluded beach . Steep road to reach the summit by car. Three beautiful comfortable bedrooms with ceiling fans.

This was a safe, spacious, and private penthouse with an amazing view. Six adults comfortably stayed here and enjoyed the two clubhouses, pools, and even the tennis courts. One of the clubhouses has an infinity pool and borders Ocotal beach/Father Roosters beachfront restaurant. Craig gave us all of the info we needed to enjoy our trip to Coco/Ocotal.

A beautiful, clean and spacious condo with a gorgeous view!

The property is very nice, a newer community of condos. This unit has 3 spacious bedroom (my kids were so happy), very clean, all kitchen items you would need, comfortable beds and sofas, beautiful view with plenty of patio seating, and nice security point that you must check-in at. We really enjoyed our stay! Thanks Craig!

Breathtaking Views!

Such a piece of paradise. I would highly recommend this property. I believe we had the best view ever. We rented a car and was able to get easily around the city and surrounding cities. Great food and very convenient to everything. Craig the property manager was very responsive and helpful answering questions. Thank you Craig for sharing your wonderful home with us.

Beautiful View

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The penthouse affords the most relaxing and beautiful view. It is large with plenty of room. We cooked in every night, and Grethel even acquired us some fresh Mahi Mahi to grill and make ceviche. It was so delicious. Grethel is a pro, she found us a driver to Monteverde for a day as well. Just FYI, there is major construction going on directly next door, where they are using large equipment to scrape rock/grounds. Hopefully they will be done soon.

What a view

Family w/two adult children. Had a wonderful time. In addition to unit itself, we really enjoyed the property amenities - pool, gym, restaurant/bar. Craig was very attentive and easy to communicate with. While it didn't dampen our overall enjoyment, there is a lot of construction/renovations in the general area right now, which you can easily hear from the balcony.

Couples holiday

The condo is very spacious and easily allowed for 3 couples. The views and deck area of the condo are spectacular. The Coco Beach area is a 10 minute drive, depending on traffic. The close club pool is very nice and the restaurant has excellent food and service. The weather and food in Costa Rica don’t disappoint. A rental car is a must for a stay at this condo, as it sits on top of steep hill. The owner is very responsive

What a view!

The view from the condo is awesome. We had three couples that spent a week at the condo. We were on the top floor and had plenty of room for all three couples. Each couple had a bedroom and bathroom with two of them on-suite. We allocated the cost between the couples based on the bedroom to make it fair. Every morning we would sit on the balcony, drink coffee, and marvel at the wonderful view. We used the gas grill almost every night. The condo was on a hill which enables the impressive view but you definitely need a car to get up to the condo and to get into town. Also the clubhouse has a great pool and paddleball court that we used. Great place to spend a few days if you have a larger group. We would stay here again on our next trip if it is available.

Top of the world king of the castle

Staying at el mirador was exactly what we were after. Two teaveling couples enjoyed dueling master suites use of laundry and the added beach club access at ocotal we found to be so fun and useful. Craig was great to deal with providing very clear instructions and always prompt communication. Other reviews regarding the need of a vehicle due to the hill ARE TRUE. We are fit and thought how steep could it be. Well the distance is long the weather is hot the incline is steep. We had a great rental car so no problem but please be aware. Nice safe location. Well appointed furnishings amd we found to be very comfortable beds. A refreshent in the kitchen utensils/ coomeware plates etc would be nice but that is not a complaint. Safe gated community. Easy run into coco or ocotoal. We used uber a bit. Discovered there are about 10 drivers in the area typical runs about 3000 colones one way. We would park down at thr main club house / sugoi restaurent for pick ups. We used the waze app to gwt around so if your lucky enough to get the use of el.mirador just plug in sugoi japanese restaurant it will take you right to your check in. The views are incredible off the deck we spent several nites partying there Thanks again craig with a little luck we are hoping to return agaian very soon

Beautiful and Well Appointed

Fabulous location plus a fantastic view!! We had 3 couples stay at the condo. The set up was perfect for us! The condo came equipped with everything you could want or need. We had a few issues that came up during our stay and on site property manager was readily available. The communication was great and the issues were promptly dealt with. We would recommend using Alex to help set up tours and activities. He is extremely helpful. We throughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Gorgeous View overlooking Coco Bay and surrounding community.

What a wonderful condo in a peaceful security gated community, yet so close to the town below. We loved the privacy and balcony view from the large condo as well as the the beautiful pool area that we enjoyed almost daily during our stay. The drive up the very steep hill was our highlight every day, and happy we rented an SUV, but the view was worth the drive up the incline. Craig has everything you need in his condo and was so helpful with all the detailed information and recommendations for dining, stores, banks, beaches, activities and layout of Coco Bay. Definitely would love to stay here on a future visit to Costa Rica. Thank you for providing us with such a great home away from home!

Great location which includes Club House Access

Not only is this an awesome condo with great views, but it also includes access to the Club at Coco Bay which has a beautiful pool with food and drink service as well as tennis and pickleball courts. The Sugoi restaurant at the Club has great food and service.

Excellent views from a wonderful place

Our groups really enjoyed our stay here, especially the penthouse location atop a hill overlooking the Coco Bay. It was great relaxing after diving either on one of 3 balconies, or at the Clubhouse pool (which comes free with the stay). Renting a car makes it easy to come and go from the condo to Coco Beach or Ocotal Beach, both 5 minutes away by car.
