Loved our stay at Casa Magnificent! Spectacular views of the bay and very well equipped home. Highlight was enjoying pool late afternoon and taking in the amazing sunset. Host was always very responsive to questions about home and the area! Thank you!

The house is absolutely amazing. Great space, comfortable beds, and the most amazing sunset view. Our group of 5 adults and 3 kids loved it. We spent 2 days of our vacation just hanging out there and enjoying the pool and views. It’s a 5 minute drive to town where there are great restaurants, bars, and shops. The only negative Id add is the grocery delivery service. They offer cost of groceries plus 40 delivery which is a flat out lie. The true markup is 200-500%. There is a brand new, nice grocery just down the hill in town. Just go there sans save yourself a lot of money.

Great for couples and families!

Our group was 3 different families. 2 couples and one family of 4. We all had our own space which was wonderful. The property managers were very responsive to all our questions and needs. There is a great beach club (25/day) 1 minute down the hill if you don’t want to rent chairs and umbrellas. We would definitely stay here again!

The home was everything the listing shows and then some. The road to the house is pretty steep and takes a bit of nerve to get there, but once you do, you’ll enjoy it.

Magnificent Visit

Beautiful and well appointed home! Lots of time by the pool and exploring beaches in Coco, Hermosa, Ocotal, Matapalo! Glad we had a diesel to get up the hill to the house. That is quite a road!! A great two weeks with friends

Incredible Home with Amazing Views

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Casa Magnificent, and would highly recommend it. The house was exactly as described and seen in the pictures; the check in process was easy and quick; and the views from this house meant we didn’t want to leave. Each bedroom was perfect, and with an en suite, which was great for us. We absolutely loved the layout of the home, and how the views were accesible from all but one bedroom. Internet was fast and reliable, and accesible throughout the entire property. The only small issue we had was with the water pressure, which isn’t very high. That said, it’s not easy to pump water all the way up to this house, so it’s a small tradeoff for the incredible views. We’d stay at this house again. Enjoy!

Family Stay

The house is unbelievable. It is exactly as the pictures show. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped, and the views from the balcony are nothing short of amazing. The Management team are very quick to reply to any requests. If we ever go back to Playa Coco, it's already been decide we're staying at Casa Magnificent. Thank you for making our stay so amazing.

Gorgeous!

This property did not disappoint! Beautiful property, very well appointed and spectacular up at view. We had a rental car and it was definitely needed given the long and steep road up to the house. That was no problem for us and we absolutely loved our stay!

Wonderful rental

Our group consisted of four couples, so having four bedrooms with private bathrooms was great! The house is beautifully laid out and is well maintained. We were all pleased with how well outfitted the kitchen is. Plenty of utensils, pots, and pans, plus lots of handy gadgets for cooking. Our group didn’t mind being away from the beach, because it was only a three minute drive to get there. Walking down the hill wouldn’t be terrible, but coming back up wasn’t on our list of challenges. The road is very steep. We loved the place and would definitely stay again.

Best vacation rental

This vacation rental was probably one of the best we’ve ever stayed at. The house was huge, clean, and very comfortable. I’d highly recommend staying here, if you’re planning a Costa Rica trip.

Amazing views

This is an amazing property located high on the hills overlooking coco beach. We loved the sunset view from the infinity pool and master bedroom balcony. The home is very spacious and great for large families. It had all the necessities needed for our one week stay including beach chairs and towels.

Wonderful property

We arrived in the evening, so it was a wonderful experience to wake up the next morning to such a fantastic view! The house was clean and well-supplied. It was so nice to be able to order our groceries delivered in advance of our arrival. Everything we needed was waiting for us! Rosy was super friendly and easy to get in touch with. The beds were comfy, and the home had plenty of room for our family of 8 adults. Loved staying here!

Unbelievable Property

We rented this property for 7 nights and there were 6 adults. This house more than exceeded our expectations. The views alone are worth every moment spent at the home. The house had everything a traveler needs, we did not need anything additional. They had plenty of towels, beach towels, a large coffee pot, and all cooking utensils. Those were high points for our group. The home is well located to Coco main street and the beach but far enough away to make you feel like you were in the jungle. We recommended this property to many travelers we met. Rosy the host was fantastic with her endless supply of helpful recommendations and knowledge of the area. This was an experience we will never forget!

Amazing view!

Excellent property! The drive up to get there is very steep, but worth it for the incredible view! It is technically walk-able into town from the house, however it is quite steep and a bit of a trek. If you can believe it, the property is even nicer than the photos! We went at the tail end of the rainy season in November, and had 5 out of 7 Sunny days! Each bedroom has its own bathroom, and the common areas are spacious! The wrap around porch and infinity pool area are incredible!

Perfect vacation spot

This home is absolutely beautiful and was a perfect location for a vacation. The communications before and during our visit was so helpful and so prompt! They helped us book reservations, suggested locals spots to visit, and were so kind. The house is in pristine condition, comes with everything you need (and more) and the views are unbelievable. I fully recommend this property.
