2020 Ocean View-Direct Beach Access

  • This cozy rental offers all the comforts of home, perfect for a relaxing getaway or a business trip. The modern interior and amenities make it the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city or attending meetings. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a spacious living area. This is the ideal spot for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.     The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is less than 30 minutes away and NASA Space Center is 35 minutes.
    The condo is 45 minutes from the Orlando International Airport, 10 minutes from Port Canaveral, 5 minutes from Downtown Cocoa Beach, and 30 minutes from the Brevard Zoo.

    This is a 1 bedroom condo with 1 full bathroom. There is 1 queen bed, sleeping 2 comfortably. The property is located off of A1A in the Twin Towers complex with a community pool and beach access available. The unit has a balcony facing South with an ocean view.

    The washer and dryer are located down the hall from the unit and are coin operated.

    The TV in the living room is cable.

    HOUSE RULES
    1. All Communication must be through the chat feature on the app.
    2. Due to a health hazard to the owners and others who manage this property, this property is NOT Pet Friendly. DO NOT bring any type of animal. If any type of animal is brought onto the property, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee.
    3. Primary Guests must be 25 years of age or older to rent this property.
    4. NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Any guest that has a party will be asked to leave without a refund. ANY Parties will result in a minimum fine of $500.
    5. Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed on the property including Vapes, Marijuana, and Tobacco. Smoking will result in a $250 fine.
    6. If there is anything damaged or missing from the property, you will be responsible to replace and/or fix it.
    7. Quiet time from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM (even on weekends, no loud music or any loud noise during quiet time)
    8. Checkout is at 10:00 AM. Check-In Time 3:00 PM.
    9. There is a lost key fee of $50 for any key that is lost and not recoverable.
    10. No Refunds on reservations canceled due to a violation of our House Rules.

    REPAIRS:
    We do our best to provide each guest with the best vacation experience possible. However, just like in your home, sometimes issues might occur that require attention. Some issues do not interrupt nor disturb your stay and can be dealt with once your vacation is over. Other issues will require immediate attention and must be reported as soon as they occur.

    The time to report them is NOT upon or after checkout of a multiple-night stay as there will be no compensation in those instances because we will consider them livable according to your standards. If you are experiencing a stay-altering issue with the property, we will get you moved to a different location immediately. Clear and Concise Communication is paramount.

    - Set the thermostat to 77 degrees Fahrenheit.
    - Please leave our coffee, creamer, and sugar in the designated area.
    - Leave beds unmade - sheets, blankets, comforter and pillows on the bed - no need to strip the bed!
    - Leave used towels in a pile in the bathtub/shower.
    - Log out of all streaming apps you logged into on the televisions.
    - Be sure all windows are closed and locked.
    - Please be sure the door is locked as you leave - If applicable, place the key in the lockbox and scramble the code.

    We are looking forward to hosting you at 2020 Ocean View - Direct Beach Access for your upcoming stay in Cocoa Beach. We work very hard to ensure our home is in excellent condition for each guest to experience a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

    To provide this great experience to each of our guests and to ensure we remain in good standing with our neighbors within our quiet residential neighborhood the following ‘House Rules’ were established and are part of our listing and booking requirements.

    All House Rules must be followed during your stay, there are no exceptions. Please take a few moments to review the House Rules to ensure they are a good fit for the purpose of your trip. If for some reason they are not please contact us so we can work with you to find an alternate property that will meet your needs. Our goal is for every guest to have an amazing experience during their time in Cocoa Beach.

    SAFETY FIRST:

    We follow a five-step enhanced cleaning process, which is based on a cleaning handbook that was developed in partnership with experts.

    Here are a few highlights:

    * We sanitize high-touch surfaces, down to the doorknob
    * We use cleaners and disinfectants approved by global health agencies, and we wear protective gear to help prevent cross-contamination
    * We refer to cleaning checklists to thoroughly clean each room
    * We provide extra cleaning supplies, so you can clean as you stay
    * We comply with local laws, including any additional safety or cleaning guidelines

    *Please Note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: After booking, please share your best email via chat. You will receive rental information forms to complete within 48 hours. Additionally, the Twin Towers HOA requires a $300 security deposit before check-in date.

We really liked Twin Towers! We’ve rented from Lauren before and always like working with her! The unit was nice and the people who live there are great- a real community. The ‘only’ problem was the construction on the apartment complex. The noise was loud. We had to enjoy the lovely pool, shuffleboard courts, pickle ball court, and the beach…. No suffering for us! The price for our condo also reflected the construction- GREATLY APPRECIATED this. I really appreciated the cleaning supplies left for our use. I think each stay with Lauren gets better and better! A stay for us!!
