Beach Living at its Best! Watch rocket launches from the balcony

  • Recently renovated with new kitchen and baths! This direct oceanfront condo is bright and spacious and only steps away from the beach. Condo is 2 BR / 2 BTH on second floor located directly above the lower parking garage below. Balcony elevation is 5’ above ground. Sleeping arrangements include two bedrooms each with its own king-sized bed and an extra trundle bed in one bedroom that can sleep two children.

    Elevator in building makes this wheel chair accessible and handicap friendly.

    Property is an easy walk to the many restaurants, bars and stores in pedestrian friendly downtown Cocoa Beach.

The condo was immaculately clean and very well appointed. We had everything we needed and the communication was timely and helpful. Unbeatable location for walking around town and eating at local places and shopping. Recommend 10/10.

This was even better than I expected! Owner was prompt and clear as well as very kind and helpful! Location was perfect! View was even better than I expected. I was a little worried about 1st floor if the dunes would block the view. NOPE! We watched ocean, dolphins, cruise ships. Beautiful! Condo was clean and lotsnof space. Loved our stay! Would go back for sure!

We loved the beach view from the balcony. Also enjoyed seeing several rabbits feeding in the yard each day and lots of birds flying around. The sunrises were beautiful. Good view of the launches.Host was a great communicator.

Short but great stay

Very comfortable place to stay. Got to see a launch as well as cruise ships coming and going. Close to everything you might need. Tim was great to work with.

Great home base for Cocoa Beach

This condo is literally across the street from the main square in Cocoa Beach for restaurants, beach bars, and shopping. The beach is clean and near a lifeguard shack, and the room is spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cocoa Beach!

Always Great

This is our second time staying at this condo. It was exceptional just like the previous year and the location and proximity to all of the things in cocoa beach and the beach is ideal. We stayed husband and wife, three teenage children, and 15 year old, and it was perfect. We'll be back next year.

We enjoyed our four-night stay at this beautiful condo. It was just as shown in the pictures. I spent as much time as possible on the patio - looking at and/or listening to the ocean. Love Cocoa Beach!

The accommodations were excellent. I'm a wheelchair user and the unit was very open and accessible. Would rate 5 stars other than the fact that the elevator had issues and could not access our unit for a full afternoon. Property contact Mr. Cocoa Beach was of great assistance.

Great location, super clean!

I’ve never been to cocoa beach and found this little gem, so convenient to great restaurants and bars. We were able to watch the offshore boat races from the comforts of our balcony. It was absolutely perfect! It’s hard to find a place with 2 king beds and this one has it!! Very clean and inviting! Will definitely be staying here again and again !!!
Alibi restaurant is AMAZING for dinner and brunch and walking distance from condo

Everything was just as pictured! Clean and comfortable! View was amazing and was able to see a launch from our balcony! Plenty of restaurants. Beach right out front! Would definitely book again!

Super cute little spot!

Very nice property with a convenient location to everything you would need. Lots of restaurants and shops are within walking distance. Grocery stores are a quick 5 mins drive down the road. The property had a lot of things already there, from towels to beach chairs to toys for kids, which made our stay really easy. The property was clean and aesthetically pleasing. The property owner was easily reached and communicated well throughout our entire stay. We will be back for sure!

All you need to relax!

Wonderful stay! Condo offered everything needed to enjoy a stress free stay! Everything in one place; no need to leave unless you choose to. Very relaxing area without all the commercialism; small shops, bars and entertainment, great restaurants very close and our fav Coconuts next door! Easy to get to the beach, secure, and communication with the property host is exceptional!
