Amazing location and view

The condo was beautiful and the view was even better than the pictures. The location was perfect, right by the pier with great food and shops.

Loved it, can't wait to go back!!

Perfect location, steps from the beach, had a view of the ocean from almost every room, and a huge rooftop patio. Great price, excellent communication from property managers, and came with everything you'd need. We loved our time here and can't wait to come back.

Great place to stay!

My family really enjoyed our stay at Chateau by the Sea. We stayed in room 206 which had a great view of the water, and it was easily accessible. The pool was great, the beach was awesome, everything in the room was as described! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful condo, just as shown in the pictures! The beach view and access was impeccable. Enjoy all the great parts of the beach without ever having to set foot on the sand if you don’t want to! The heated pool was lovely, and our family also enjoyed the shuffleboard. The condo unit was clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy the week.

Nice building convenient to everything

Great location. Nice roof deck. Well kept facilities. Host/property manager was great with ideas during our stay. Unit was well furnished for our 4 member family. Would highly recommend.

Oceanside family retreat

We love the location and comfort of the chateau by the sea! Being able to walk right out to the beach every day was our favorite part! Having the ocean view right out our deck was the other favorite. Walking to the pier also a big win. Property was clean and family-friendly!

Excellent stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Chateau by the Sea. The unit was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Zarek responded very quickly when we had questions. The pool was awesome! Fabulous family vacation

We spent a week with family in multiple units at the Chateau by the sea which was really enjoyable! The rentals are clean, sufficient with linens, towels, beach gear, most kitchen essentials, etc. our view of the ocean from our unit made the trip. Highly recommended staying here, we will be back. Taylor from mgmt was beyond accommodating, responsive and communicative throughout our entire experience which we really appreciated.

Loved, Loved, Loved

The condo was clean, comfortable, spacious and efficient as a home away from home. We have been here all week and leave tomorrow. It's our 1st time staying here. We have already made our reservation for next year. We've always loved coming to Cocoa Beach, but love it even more now that we have found Chateau By The Sea. Kudos to the kindness of the staff and to Kelsy for being so attentive to so many things. We're already excited about returning next year.

COULD NOT ASK FOR MORE!!!

Me & My daughter stayed here for a week on vacation. It was absolutely perfect. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. If I had to complain about something it would be the air conditioning we could not control it. It stayed between 72-74 in there which in Florida isn't bad however we were dying we are used to about 68. Totally love this place and will stay again.

The apartment was clean with an amazing view. The location is perfect, and check-in was easy. The manager, Zarah, responded to messages quickly. The small issue- the garbage disposal in the kitchen was a bit annoying — when you close it with the protective cover, the water and debris don’t drain at all, but when you open it, all the waste and water go straight into the pipe. I’d recommend getting a mesh strainer.I would reccomend this apartment!

Great weekend trip

We are a family of 5 and stayed over the 4th of July weekend. The condo is very nice and has everything you could need (kitchenware, towels, beach supplies, etc). It is close proximity to everything too (restaurants, shopping, etc). I was very impressed with the owner’s communication with us as well! Kelsy checked on us each day to make sure there was nothing needed. Definitely recommend this property!!!

This is the place to stay in Cocoa Beach

The view from this unit is perfect. The condo was extremely clean and nice. I will definitely stay here again. Had our fur babies with us and there is a very nice dog park close by. The dogs loved it. Close to do much.

25th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Awesome View

The condo was a right on the beach. The view was amazing. The king bed was so comfortable. Waking up each morning with a clear view of the ocean was breath taking. The kids enjoyed the short walk to the beach and pier. I look forward to staying with there again. The property manager was very kind and attentive.

Loved the location and the view!

Renting on line was a breeze. I was sent confirmation right away and Kelsy stayed in touch with me periodically, just to make sure all went well. The property was immaculate. We absolutely loved the location. Already booked a place for next year! 🤗

Great location right on the beach

We had a great stay. The place had everything we needed for a family beach vacation. It was recently renovated so everything was clean and new! We would definitely stay here again!

Quick Getaway from Orlando

Son home visiting from out of town. Wanted a place the family could get away too at the beach with our two dogs. Easily found this place and fit perfectly with what we were looking for. Unit was clean, well supplied with necessary amenities and beach gear, and we all felt comfortable, secure, and safe the entirety of our visit.
