Inside, you’ll find a comfortable layout with plenty of room to unwind after a day at the beach. The primary bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and a single bed. A full-size tri-fold mattress is also available for additional sleeping space.



Spend your mornings walking along the beach, afternoons lounging by the heated pool, and evenings relaxing in the condo or exploring nearby restaurants and attractions. Guests also have access to a tennis court, putting green, outdoor showers, elevators, free high-speed Wi-Fi, and on-site parking.

The Neighborhood:

Located in an oceanfront community just north of the Cocoa Beach Pier, the condo places guests near one of the area’s best-known attractions while still offering a relaxing beachfront setting. The pier extends 800 feet over the Atlantic and features restaurants, bars, shops, entertainment, and scenic ocean views. Cocoa Beach is known for its surf culture, beautiful sunrises, seafood restaurants, and opportunities to watch Space Coast rocket launches from the beach



Getting Around:

Free on-site parking is available, including select covered options, and the building offers elevator access to the upper floors. The beach and Cocoa Beach Pier area are easily accessible from the property, while a car or rideshare service is convenient for exploring Cape Canaveral, Port Canaveral, and other Space Coast attractions. Space Coast Area Transit also operates scheduled bus and trolley routes throughout Brevard County, including the Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

In addition to the listed beds, the home includes tri-fold mattresses for extra guests. These foldable mattresses are easy to set up and offer a comfortable solution for additional sleeping space, making the home perfect for larger groups or families.



PLEASE NOTE:

• Mailbox access is not available for guests

• All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver

• To ensure a comfortable environment for all guests, including those with allergies, we maintain a strictly PET-FREE PROPERTY

• The washers and dryers are located in a shared communal laundry area and accept card payments only

• The pool, beach walkway, tennis court, putting green, outdoor showers, elevators, parking areas, and laundry facilities are shared with other residents and guests

• Some amenities may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, weather, HOA requirements, or circumstances beyond our control

• Florida's warm climate means insects, lizards, geckos, and other local wildlife are occasionally seen. The property is professionally serviced, but encounters with local wildlife are a normal part of the environment

• This unit is not located on the first floor. Elevators are available for convenient access to the unit.
