    A tiro de piedra del famoso Cocoa Beach Pier, este condominio frente al mar de 1500 pies cuadrados es el lugar perfecto para su escapada. Renovado de arriba a abajo con estilo y comodidad en mente.

    Ingrese a la cocina gourmet de concepto abierto con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y mucha luz natural. Desde allí, puede ingresar a la espaciosa sala de estar con vista a la impresionante playa, o relajarse en el sofá cama viendo un programa en el televisor inteligente de 60 ". Hay una cómoda tocador junto a la cocina y el comedor, así como una lavandería en la suite y un armario con sillas de playa y juguetes para que disfrute la familia.

    La sala de estar sale al gran balcón que mira hacia el este sobre la playa, las olas y el muelle de Cocoa Beach.

    Arriba encontrará tres amplios dormitorios y dos baños. Todas las habitaciones tienen grandes televisores inteligentes de pantalla plana para su disfrute. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king y un baño privado, el primer dormitorio de invitados tiene una cama queen y el segundo tiene dos gemelos. También hay un colchón inflable que se enchufa en la pared.

    El condominio tiene una ubicación muy céntrica, cerca del muelle, con restaurantes y actividades a poca distancia. También hay una gran piscina climatizada y putting green justo en el complejo para disfrutar. Hay muchas actividades y atracciones muy cerca.

    Aunque la lista dice "sin reembolso", entendemos que surgen cosas. Si tiene que cancelar su reserva y nos notifica al menos 30 días antes del check in o antes, no le cobraremos la segunda mitad del pago.

Amazing location, morning coffee on the balcony is a must with the location and sound of the ocean. Kitchen seating was perfect for family games in the evening. The ability to easily go from the beach to the pool was a plus. Close walk to the Pier and Ron Jon.

Summer fun

Condo was clean and roomy. The condo provided all the needed household items and beach accessories. The pool and beach were both very nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Highly Recommend!

My family loved our stay at the Cocoa Beach Club! The condo was the perfect size for what we needed, and you couldn't beat the easy access to the beach. The condo was located near plenty of restaurants and different things for us to do while we visited. If we decide to travel back to Cocoa Beach for a future vacation, we'll definitely look to stay at the Cocoa Beach Club again!

We had a great week. The condo was very clean. We really enjoyed the view of the ocean from the balcony. We were able to see two rocket launches from the beach which were fantastic. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect location

The property and location are perfect. Our group of 6 enjoyed our stay. Nearby plenty of restaurants and bars to walk to, shops nearby. Saw 2 launches during our stay. Right near pier. Will stay again!!!

Fabulous stay- again!

This unit and location are just wonderful. We have stayed here 5 times and just booked it next visit! The ocean view is simply amazing. The condo itself is so comfortable and well appointed. We love being able to walk to cool things right from the condo and it's an easy hour drive to so many greater central FL attractions. You can't beat this spot at Cocoa Beach!

This condo complex is amazing!! Great pool, paved, short path to beach, hoses with benches and more! Our whole family enjoyed it and the management team was great. Highly recommend!!

Cocoa beach Christmas

We stayed at cocoa beach club for a week at Christmas time. Really loved the size of the condo! Perfect for our family of four. Beautiful beach front location with awesome views. Pool was very well maintained. Communication with Taylor was great! Will be staying here again.

Excellent trip

This condo is perfect for the whole family! Its view is stunning. You can have toes in the sand in 2 minutes from the door to the beach! The pool is calming and clean. The kitchen is well stocked with items you need. Also, the company is quick to respond to ANYTHING you may need! This is our second time staying here and we just love it!

Family friendly, a Wow location and view

Condo becoming a little dated inside, could use paint, wallboard repairs and caulking in showers. Location to pier, town, restaurants and beach were excellent. 1st class view of sunrise and rocket launches. Taylor, our liaison was outstanding as she checked in with us almost daily.

Lovely

I loved this property so much that I inquired about purchasing a unit there permanently. I did not want to leave. The complex is the best part of my stay. It is small and quaint and not a lot of people. If the real estate market/prices ever lower, I will buy a unit here.

Mini family reunion

My sister and nieces came down from NJ for a mini reunion. We needed some relaxing and rejuvenating! We had the best time! We were very pleased with the unit we rented. The location was fabulous! We could walk to many restaurants. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed. Zareh went above and beyond to make our stay so enjoyable! We will definitely be back!
