Waterfront condominium association with private access to beach. Main level recently remodeled with new kitchen, half bath, flooring and laundry area. Desk added to living room area for additional work from home space. Upper level includes two large bedrooms and two full baths. Upgraded memory foam mattresses in bedrooms. Short walk to the Cocoa Beach pier! Quiet surroundings in family friendly condominium and short walk to restaurants and shopping. One minute walk to the beach and less to the pool when leaving the condo.

We had a fabulous week. The location of this condo can’t be beat. Easy access to the ocean, the pool, the pier and many restaurants. The condo had everything we needed for a great stay.

Everything was great! Beach access was wonderful and beach chairs and supplies in the closet were so helpful. House was clean! No bugs! My family slept great. We loved the pier restaurant, and treats that we could walk and get right from the beach. Pool was clean. We felt safe and comfortable. Overall it was a great experience! Thank you!

Great condo

Easy access to the beach, reserved parking at the condo, plenty of sand tows, frisbees, etc…Family of 4 had a great time!

Perfect place

This condo is the perfect place for a family to stay. It's kept up well, clean and in a perfect location in town. We've stayed here twice now and I'm sure will be back!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere of this property. The pool area was so well taken care of and the beach access was perfect. I have stayed in nicer and fancier places but the accommodations were sufficient.

family get away

The property was very cozy, clean and centrally located. The pool area was very clean and family friendly. It’s the perfect place for a family vacation and for everyone to have a great time. We also got to see a rocket launch and that was a great surprise! overall a fantastic place to enjoy the beach!

Beach stay after Disney

We really enjoyed our stay here. Unit was well equipped, everything clean, nice and comfortable. Property owner was quick to respond and very helpful. Would stay here again without question.

Nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much, The pool is awesome and the beach is just a quick walk away. Lots of shops and dining close by. Plenty of space for our family of 4. The kids vote to go back again next year.

Excellent property, spacious, clean and super close to the beach.

The layout of this condo is perfect for a family of 3 or 4 because we like our space. Owner responds quickly to any questions and the views are amazing! We’ll be back to stay at this unit again for sure!
