“False advertising. Claimed 3 bedrooms with 4 beds (2 beds and 2 sofa beds). There were only 2 beds (1 bed and 1 sofa bed) and only 1 bedroom (which was empty). The bed was not in a bedroom but was sectioned from the living room with a partial wall that had 2 openings (neither with doors) and the sofa bed was in the living room. When I told the landlord this was false advertising she tried to say it was my fault. A nightmare and we couldn't fit there so had to find another place at the last...

“The pool was cool but warm enough for kids to enjoy. The hot tub had seating for 3-4 adults and was just right for relaxing in. Very well appointed back yard completely fenced in with room for play and relaxation . Inside bedrooms were roomy and had good closet space. Our group of 8 also enjoyed family time in the spacious living room. The coffee bar is a great touch in the dining area. Host very quick to respond to any questions we had. ”

“OK this is a very solid VRBO property. I’d give it 8/10 rating. Excellent host communications, easy checkin, nice clean interior. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. Couldn’t use the pool due to weather unfortunately. Location is in an older neighborhood with some run down properties but it is transitioning to a nicer neighborhood near a cute walkable shopping area. Downsides: Quirky thermostats, no useful live TV. Appreciated the coffee but would have been helpful to have some creamer handy...

Now the negatives: TV works but no local channels such as ABC, NBC, CBS unless you have a streaming service and a few times we had a solid black line about 4" wide on the screen which sometimes would stay and other times would leave in about an hour; no coffee pot, only a KUERIG; the pool has a slow leak and we had to keep adding water and the pool heater could not keep up; the pool enclosure...
