Pics online make it look a lot more glamorous. It was good for a few days that we were waiting for our cruise. If I would have booked this for a week long vacation I would have been disappointed, the game room had a air hockey table that was very wobbly, foosball table that was uneven, there were two bicycles there that had flat tires and the chain was off one of them. The yard had no grass and was over grown with weeds. In the house we couldn’t adjust the temperature one part of the house was warm and the other cold. We had to wait for the hot water in the shower after a few showers. After wearing white socks on the floor they were black when we took them off. The laundry room and kitchen were good location was good with Walmart being pretty close for all of our needs, and a short drive to cocoa beach. Check in and check out was a breeze with clear directions for what to do.

We appreciated the king sized beds in 4 out of 5 bedrooms and enough space to accommodate our family of 10. The kitchen was very well stocked with quality dishes, pots, pans, utensils and some unique small appliances for quick cooking. Although we were close to US1, traffic noise wasn't noticable while we were at the home. The trains are very close, but the kids enjoyed running outside to see them go by. It was an easy drive to Kennedy Space Center. We had a great view of a SpaceX launch from the back yard! The game room air hockey wasnt working but the kids did play fuseball and we used the jacuzzi. The home had everything we needed.

Stayed for three days before getting on cruise with 10 total adults. Loved the room everyone had to relax and the ability to get together under one roof to make memories.

This was a OK Home. It needs a lot of upgrading and cleaning. There was a leak in one of the bedrooms. Bedding doesn’t look like it’s been washed after every use. The couches are very well used. There is an over abundance of bugs and geckos. But the kitchen is very well maintained, and it has everything you will ever need in there. That was a plus to the house.

Family Florida trip and Kennedy Space center

The home is well stocked and everything labeled. Bedding and beds were terrific and room for all to eat together in kitchen/dining area. Location was nice good for beach and space center day. Hot tub and game shed used by our teen grandsons and enjoyed. One of the nicest homes we have stayed in and we rent all the time. Owners even left us snacks and some drinks.

Golf Getaway

Needed a place with 5 bedrooms and multiple baths in a central Melbourne/Cocoa area. Easy to get to, great location for traveling to anything. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit and the jacuzzi. Everything was in good condition on interior and Bob was very responsive with any questions. Turtle Room was not used bit probably a good fun spot for kids.

Amazing for large groups

This was by far the most thoughtful VRBO I have ever reserved. EVERYTHING was labeled, communication with the hosts was perfect, and the house was amazing. It has everything you need for a very large group, plenty of room for the kids and space for adults. The property was very clean, very convenient to all the activities you could want. You will not find a better place to stay with a large group and at a good value. We will 100% stay here again.

Great place to stay.

This was a shot in the dark for us. Turned out to be a great weekend staycation for me and family members...turned out to be all girls weekend. The listing is spot on. Communication was great, Bob sent message before I even sent questions.The location is great for easy access to places to see and visit.

Never judge a book/house by its cover!

Totally enjoyed this house and the location worked perfect for our family gathering. When you pull up the house doesn't look like much but when you open the door WOW! owners did an amazing job on the remodel. I even love the attention to detail with labeling all cabinets and drawers with what was in there, made it easy to find and put things back where they belong. It is next to US1 which is a busy road but you'd never know it once you are in the house. We had 20 family members total over for dinner, while only 7 of us stayed at the house we had room for everyone to enjoy each other and visit. Back fire-pit area was a plus with the kids along with the game room in the back shed. We will use this house again as it is perfect driving distance for all my family in Florida to make it for visits, next year we will do a longer stay! Beth

The interior of the home was very nice and clean. The rooms were all very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked, living room sofas were comfortable. Only issue we encountered were the red ants in the backyard. Would have been nice to know since one of our travelers is highly allergic to them. A sting would have been a 911 call and rushed to the hospital. The host, Bob, was great and we had a wonderful time!

The house inside is beautiful, the beds could use some pillow tops, and paper supplies, no napkins or paper towels or Kleenex. The pictures say the water is close by but in reality it is not. The noise was a bit to loud for us.

Great space to connect

Home was exactly as described. Information and attention to detail was not missed. Two of the bathrooms were behind bedroom doors. Was a little inconvenient for some (we were a group of 13 in all age ranges) but didn’t ruin our stay. Bob was very communicative which we appreciated.

Very nice house. Roomy and many conversation areas. Host was very accessible and accommodating. Location was perfectly for our purposes. Recommend eating at Tin Whiskey. Food and service were great. Live music.
