  • This is a one-of-a-kind Midtown Designer masterpiece! . Come enjoy all CDA has to offer from this centrally located 3 bedroom home. Create family memories in this beautiful and fully equipped kitchen. This place is fully remodeled and designed for a modern, relaxing, stay that feels like home away from home. Spacious living room with a smart TV. Includes 1 GB WIFI and dedicated workspace. It is also walking distance to one of our favorite local coffee shops.


    Please remove shoes. No parties and no unauthorized guests. Also no 3rd party bookings. Backyard fully fenced.

Nice location, clean and quiet, close to the lake and downtown without the price tag. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. No body-wash in the showers so bring your own soap. Would book again.

This is a charming, cozy home with all the comforts of being at home. The kitchen is amazing, the bed combination is great, the home amenities are abundant and the communication with the property owner was very responsive! You won't be disappointed!

The property was really cute, comfortable, modern and clean. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. It looks like it’s been remodeled inside and out. Had a nice backyard for my dog. Walking distance to a coffee shop and a drive-through convenience store right out the back gate! I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Coeur d’Alene.

Our stay in this was home perfect! The house is beyond adorable and had everything we could need to make our stay comfortable. The location to downtown and the lake was super convenient.

Coeur d'Alene Visit

Our impression of the property was very positive. It was very clean and organized. We enjoyed staying there very much. We were able to visit with family in the area and have a nice quiet, clean home to come back to after our visits.

LOVED our stay!

Fantastic and Quaint Home!

We really enjoyed staying at this home. When we first drove up, we thought it was just a tiny little place, but we were pleasantly surprised at how much space they really was. It’s been newly remodeled and it’s absolutely beautiful. We definitely stay again.

Perfect for us

Great property for our quick stop to see family. Quiet area, great amenities-very cozy. Wish the AC had reached the back queen bedroom, and water pressure in master a little low, but the main shower was great. All in all a nice stay for us.

Great House! Spotless

We stayed two nights. This house was really nice. Very very clean. Close to downtown which was so sweet. Beautiful waterfront, lots of great shops and restaurants. I’d highly recommend this location.
