Your private patio sits directly on the Spokane River, giving you your own waterfront space to enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon outside or a quiet evening overlooking the water. With two king bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a sofa bed and room for up to six guests, Vesper Bleu combines an exceptional riverfront setting with the elevated feel of a boutique stay.



This isn’t your typical vacation rental. The interiors were curated by a luxury hospitality professional whose work includes some of Las Vegas’ premier hotel properties. Rich blues, warm woods, custom furnishings and playful waterfront details give Vesper Bleu its distinctive personality, while thoughtful amenities throughout the home make it comfortable enough to truly settle in. Whether you’re visiting for a couples getaway, family vacation, wedding weekend, working trip or an extended stay in Coeur d’Alene, the home was designed to feel special from the moment you arrive.



The home comfortably sleeps up to six guests. The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom, while the second bedroom also offers a king bed with a second full bathroom nearby. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. With two king bedrooms and two bathrooms, the layout works especially well for two couples traveling together, families or groups who appreciate having their own space.



The living area offers a comfortable place to unwind after a day exploring North Idaho. Relax by the fireplace, settle in for a movie or simply enjoy the custom details throughout the home. The full kitchen is equipped for everything from morning coffee and breakfast to dinner at home. When you’d rather cook outside, fire up the Blackstone griddle and enjoy an easy breakfast or dinner near the river.



One of the best parts of Vesper Bleu is the outdoor setting. Step outside to your private waterfront patio directly on the Spokane River and enjoy the view without ever leaving the property. The nearby dock and Centennial Trail make it easy to spend even more time outside, whether you want to walk along the water, explore by bike or head out for an evening stroll.



You’re also right next door to Riverstone, putting restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, parks, entertainment and a movie theater within easy walking distance. Downtown Coeur d’Alene, Lake Coeur d’Alene, the CDA Resort, beaches and golf are only a short drive away. It’s a rare combination of waterfront living and walkability—you can enjoy the Spokane River right outside your door while still having some of CDA’s best dining and entertainment nearby.



For guests mixing work with their getaway, Vesper Bleu includes two dedicated desk workstations, allowing two people to work remotely without taking over the dining table. There’s also a separate makeup vanity, providing a convenient place to get ready without occupying bathroom counter space.



Vesper Bleu includes 2 private single-car garages One with an EV charger, so you can charge your electric vehicle right at the property. This garage provides direct, no-step entry into the home, making arrival especially convenient with luggage, groceries or strollers. The garage opening is approximately 8 feet wide by 7 feet 8 inches high.



You’ll also have a washer and dryer inside the home, self check-in with a unique access code and professional local management throughout your stay. Guests have private access to the entire home, private waterfront patio and private garage, with the exception of a locked housekeeping and storage closet.



Vesper Bleu is locally and professionally managed by CDA Vacation Rentals, with 24/7 guest support available throughout your stay. When our reservation and cleaning schedules allow, early check-in and late checkout may also be available as optional add-ons and must be requested and confirmed in advance.



Maximum occupancy is six guests. Sleeping arrangements include two king beds and one sofa bed. The home sits directly along the Spokane River, with the dock and other shared community waterfront areas nearby. Guests should follow all posted rules and be respectful of neighboring residents and shared spaces. While the garage provides convenient no-step entry into the home, the property is not advertised as ADA-compliant or fully accessible.



At Vesper Bleu, you can wake up overlooking the Spokane River, walk to coffee or dinner at Riverstone, explore the Centennial Trail, spend the day at Lake Coeur d’Alene and come home to your own private waterfront patio. It’s a distinctly CDA stay with a setting and style all its own.
