“Loved the location. The stairs are steep so not good with kids or those with joint issue. I asked to see the garden twice with no response from host so I was disappointed with that. The air conditioning units in windows cooled the place effectively. Facility provided everything you needed. Loved that we could bring our pets! There is a pet deposit that is not mentioned in listing so be aware of that. Overall enjoyed our stay. ”

“Our families 6th time back at Pelican Point so that pretty much sums it up. We visited another property last year, just for something different and everyone in our group said they wanted to go back. When we got there this time my son said “the place last year was fun, but this place is fun and it feels like home! We love it so much!”

“Perfect set up. The bunk rooms are in the attached “boathouse”. Boys loved having “their own house”. Fire pit is on a cement patio, which was very nice. Gas grill was great. Huge back porch, two docks to fish and overall very nice house in a great neighborhood only 5 min from the grocery store. Loft stairs are steep so watch your step. Huge grassy area to play and very friendly people in the community. ”

“We were in town for a funeral so this was a great place to gather family and be able to spend time together. The beds were so incredibly comfortable when we retired for the evening. Sleeping arrangement upstairs away from the bedroom is open like a loft so be mindful of that if you have young ones or elderly who sleep earlier or are light sleepers.
