Bring your swimmers, surfboard and wetsuit with Murray's Beach at your front door. This position not only ensures peaceful nights but also a 5 minutes walk from the centre of Sawtell. Tiled stairs lead to the main living area located on the second level.

The open plan living area features a lounge suite and a large LCD TV with surround sound, DVD player and iPod dock, along with a lovely wooden dining table which seats six. The kitchen is neat and modern, including a dishwasher and microwave and leads out to an undercover tiled balcony with six seater outdoor setting and a large stainless steel four burner hooded BBQ including side element. (Please note that the kitchen is not equipped with an oven. Stove top only). A second toilet is also located on the second level for your convenience.
