Located on the second floor of a secure residence with keycard access and concierge service, accessible by elevator, this renovated studio apartment, finished with high-quality materials, offers a comfortable and functional space for a stay with family or friends.

This accommodation comprises:

- a fold-down double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, microwave, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer),

Several free parking spaces are available within the residence.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.
