“Está bien en general, pero hay detalles en las habitaciones que no funcionan: se atora la puerta, o el aire acondicionado no funciona. La alberca estaba cerrada por reparaciones y no se avisó al reservar. Buen ambiente en el roof top restaurant.”

“Very warm, helpful and kind staff. Allowed me to check in very early. Lovely garden area and pool for relaxing. Great views from my balcony. Undoubtedly a little dated but all other aspects made up for this. ”

“First we were put in a room without an AC, so we had to be changed. Then our second room started leaking in the roof and we had to be changed. Then in our 3rd room, my wife and I were given a room with 2 twin size beds instead of a regular one for 2 people. The food during breakfast was always lukewarm, and there were several cockroaches.”

“This is a smart hotel in a nice part of Kigali. I liked the size of the room and the gold trim on the ceiling gave it a Regal feel. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was nice. The swimming pool was a good size. I enjoyed the surrounding area as there were lots of retail outlets around and I had my hair cut at a local saloon. The hotel is within walking distance of the Genocide Memorial and the whole place is very picturesque.”
