“The suite was clean, spacious and equipped with the absolute basics in terms of kitchen bits and bobs. Amazingly there was a top loader washing machine! You could always ask for other items, staff and manager were especially helpful. Useful contacts were all displayed at the reception, taxi, breakfast lunch and dinner available to order. “Excellent hotel. It has all the amenities and great location. You have restaurants inside with variety and even some music shows at night, there is also a beach club. On the beach a few steps away (outside the hotel) you can find kayaks, banana boats, all very fun, we kayaked for $1000 rupees for an hour at an incredible sunset. “We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “We stayed two weeks and it was the absolute perfect combo of relaxed bohemian vibe and atmosphere but with fantastic service, very clean and some of the friendliest staff I have met. Had a five- year old with me who thrived. There is a little play area and the pool was perfect for her when the waves were sometimes a bit too rough and she was met with such kindness everywhere. “Weird stay here. The grounds weren’t very nicely kept and the ‘deluxe hut’ was far from that. I had the room closest to the bar so it was very noisy because of the loud TV and kids running around the restaurant, not a deluxe experience at all considering the electric, AC and water kept turning off too and I had to ask for it turned back on.
