Designed especially well for one or two couples, Ocean Breeze offers two nearly identical king suites, each with a private en-suite bath, ocean-view balcony and beautiful Caribbean views—so no one has to settle for the “second best bedroom.”

The villa's expansive private courtyard and heated pool are at the heart of the experience. Large floor-to-ceiling glass doors connect the indoor living spaces to more than 2,000 square feet of outdoor living, creating your own private oasis above Indigo Bay.

LOCATION
Indigo Beach is just below the villa and is easily reached by a short walk or drive. Unlike some of Sint Maarten's busier beaches, Indigo Beach often retains a relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere—perfect for a morning swim, an afternoon in the sun, or a casual day by the Caribbean.

Ocean Breeze is also conveniently located between Princess Juliana International Airport and Philipsburg, putting restaurants, beaches, shopping and many of the island's attractions within an easy drive.

Ocean Breeze was designed with two amazing king suites rather than one primary bedroom and one lesser guest room. Each suite offers a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, ocean-view balcony and beautiful Caribbean views. For two couples traveling together, everyone enjoys essentially the same experience.

WHOLE-VILLA AUTOMATIC GENERATOR
For additional comfort and peace of mind, Ocean Breeze has an automatic whole-villa generator. If island power is interrupted, the generator automatically activates—typically within about 30 seconds—allowing you to continue enjoying the villa with minimal interruption.
