“Michael was so welcoming to my dogs. It’s the perfect place - great back yard that is safely fenced and gated, and a “lived-in” feel to the house that makes it a very relaxing place to stay. Great location for Ashland sights etc - a little traffic noise during the day but it’s quiet at night. kitchen well equipped although we didn’t do much cooking. Lovely patio to sit and eat and relax. Altogether a great stay. Thank you Michael. I can definitely recommend and hope we will be back!”

“Loved the location, lots of space, inside and outside to spread out. The only downside was there was a dearth of plates, bowls and coffee cups. However there was plenty of wine glasses. Even though the kitchen is tiny with a mini-fridge, microwave and convection oven, we had no problem fixing our own meals--it is very well stocked. Upstairs bedrooms and the adjacent bathroom are spacious and feature big windows and sky lights--even in one of the closets! The shared patio is pleasant.”

There is a king size bed downstairs and two queens in the room upstairs. The drawback for me was getting up the stairs. We are in our late 70's. No bathroom upstairs. “If I were single I could live here. It's that comfortable. The freestanding apartment is ideally located and finished to a very high standard. Amazingly well designed and laid out. Full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and bath. Many, many conveniences. Cafe table in garden outside. We parked once and walked everywhere. Lovely host. Really, I can't imagine anyone giving it less than a perfect score. Would definitely stay here again.”
