“Before you respond to this review in the obscene way that I have seen you respond to other people’s reviews, I’ll first point out that this group travels often (& stays in a lot of high-quality vacation rentals), so we have a pretty solid benchmark. When 3 days prior to arrival we learned our property was “accidentally double booked”, we were told this home was an “upgrade” and “three times better” than the one we originally booked—which honestly make us wonder what three times worse looks...
